I'm not Chris Getz but to me, they'd need to trade one of Sam/Bonemer/Braden or even Peters to make room for a Seiya signing. Possible, but not likely. Definitely won't do both imo. Rather spend on pitching.

I know it sounds stupid, but given they want the OF to be better, do you think they’d pull a “out of no where” move & sign both Seiya & Sato? It seems like last year everyone thought Japan guys like Okamoto, Mune & Imai would get big money but ended up not doing it.

Getz did say in his 45 min zoom with reporters ,that outfield strength and maybe changing some minor league infielders positions ,will be an organizational goal in 2027.

Horrible way to end it but we asked ourselves in early April if we were losing 100 again. Special year with a special group and one of my favorite seasons of any team I have ever cheered for and will be forever. They brought hope back to the Southside. It's just the beginning

At the end of the day the wheels were gonna fall off the pitching staff at some point. The reason the #WhiteSox are in the playoffs is Will Venable and staff constantly adapting to each situation. Last 2 days were demoralizing, but let's turn the page and have these guys backs.
