#MUFC hierarchy to hold crisis talks on Monday to determine Michael Carrick’s future and next moves.
Carrick under enormous pressure and very real possibility he goes but United want to carefully and calmly weigh up all options before making a final decision.
No formal decision had been taken as of last night.
Eddie Howe & Julian Nagelsmann among those in frame to replace Carrick if he goes.
Bookmakers have suspended betting on Carrick.

It’s not even about regretting it for years. Fans ignored the positives cos they couldn’t see past the 24/25 season and Mainoo.
The positives that came from that appointment has been undone in less than a year, and we’re arguably in a bigger mess than before he arrived. We had an opportunity for this club to go in a different direction and finally work towards a full rebuild but chose to waste it and revert back to dysfunction. That’s the problem with United: forever in love with false dawns, forever wasting time.
The more I look at Manchester United’s current state, the more I think about Ruben Amorim.
I genuinely believe he was the man meant to take us back to the top. He understood the problems, challenged the culture and wasn’t afraid to make unpopular decisions.
He wasn’t perfect, but he had a vision. We gave up on him far too soon, and I fear we’ll regret that decision for years to come.
Yessssss... Sack and arrest him for wasting our time please...

Carrick and his staff are INCOMPETENT but my God, these players are once again getting away with sacking another manager.
You can tell from the very first minute of every game that they want him gone. Just because Carrick deserves to be sacked doesn't mean we should ignore what these players are doing.

United fans are easily cajoled and manipulated cause I see no reason why he should be applauded and the players booed.
Carrick came and turned the entire team upside down. Made players lazy, reduced training times and had them playing without tactics.. It's not on the players.
