one thing I've come to realize about our industry is, you need everything.
capital, connections, skills, attention.
capital gets you some opportunities you can't see on the timeline apart from the regular trenching known to everyone
i see connections as social capital which gets you into rooms your money or attention can't
how about skills? ngl you need them but if you can't monetize then what's the point of having skill(s)
attention is quiet good, gives motion, brings some deals too if you're moving in the right direction with problem solving
i mean why should i care about you if you're not making a difference
if you can aquire all, it makes you unstoppable.
