Bob's Med Chem Fact of the Day: Sometimes the in vitro technology just isn't there yet, and you have to accept that we have to work at-risk under the constraints of an imperfect world. This is a tough one--authors solve in vitro hERG, but cardiotox still seen in ex vivo study.
