I don’t care about the checks because it wasn’t illegal nor unethical. But do you support Eric Barlows support and membership to an organization that systematically tried to shut down oil and gas and the coal industry? Yes or no?

See the op here? Steve Baker's Special Pleader's job is to poison the narrative. The propaganda is strong with Viva -- He loves to card stack. Here's how it works. Viva ignores the alternative argument for disqualification to preserve Cole's interests, and simply presents the DOJ as forcing Cole into a plea deal. It's a tried and true technique of the SVR (formerly KGB).
A plea deal is exactly what the Baker blob fears the most, besides a conviction. It would mean the end of the Baker "patsy" theory and significantly weaken his defense in the defamation suit -- the truth defense, meaning Kerkhoff is in fact the J5 pipe bomber.
Cole is facing a potential life sentence. The Baker blob would rather see Cole spend the rest of his life in prison rather than have their "pasty" narrative fail.
Viva simply will not address the conflict of interest present in Cole's attorney's also representing Baker in the defamation suit (which is obvious on its face) -- a plea deal for Cole (which is the most logical defense position given the overwhelming weight of the government's evidence) would undermine Baker's defamation defense.
It's that simple and cynical -- defend Baker at all costs because the if the FBI really got their man, that's a big win for the Trump administration and a devastating defeat for grifters, subversives, and jilted former FBI employees. I understand the redundancies.

It is too late for my nephew, Matthew Perna. He is dead. He lost all hope in this country and our DOJ, and ultimately, he took his own life after being targeted by his own government.
And now, nearly five years later, here we are watching Brian Cole Jr. sit in jail for over 300 days, denied bail and awaiting trial in February. The similarities between these two cases are deeply disturbing, but what sickens me most is that this is happening again, right before our eyes.
Matthew and so many January 6 defendants suffered in silence while the media ignored their cases, their suffering, and their humanity, as though their lives simply didn't matter. Now, Brian Cole appears to be facing that same deafening silence. He has been denied bail, remains behind bars awaiting trial, and has seemingly already been convicted in the court of public opinion, with the media and FBI treating him as though his guilt has been established.
Five years later, how are we still allowing this to happen? How many more lives must be destroyed before people finally speak up?
