Jon Sumrall didn't like the layout of the weight room that he inherited:
"I'm not trying to take shots, but there's a big patch of turf in the weight room. We've got 120 yards of turf right outside. I don't need turf in a weight room. We need weights in a weight room."

The coaches and parents who allow this to go on are the problem. Instead of teaching kids how to play the game the right way and show respect for the opponent they’re worried about getting viral attention. Embarrassing.

Incredible take from Charles Barkley on Tom Izzo:
"The media, who don't know anything about sports, say 'Why is he yelling his players?' That's called coaching... if parents & friends get mad because you're getting yelled at, get better parents & better friends."

30 seconds that should reshape what Folkstyle wrestling defines as a takedown.
It shouldn’t be hard to understand that the offensive wrestler in this position should be rewarded for his efforts. If the officials continue to protect the defensive wrestler, we will continue to see less and less offense.
What would you rather see? A shootout or a match decided in tiebreakers because of riding time? I know my pick.
