I’ve spent the last decade deep in the trenches with early-stage CPG brands.
Here’s what some of the founders and operators I’ve worked with closely had to say:
I've seen lack of clear vision destroy company culture faster than anything else.
Without clearly communicated vision, everyone becomes self-serving.
xAI should tokenize GrokBot usage on a blockchain and allow people to store, trade & speculate with it.

My kids feel the same way. Only meat stick they will eat tbh.
Replying to @cpgjosh @varosticks
per my 3 year old daughter (who stole all of my Varo sticks)
"these are gooooooooooooooood"
I’ve been reliably informed that I simply misunderstood what I was voting for in 2024.
That my expectations were unreasonable and that I shouldn’t take so seriously promises made.
My apologies. Glad that’s cleared up. Won’t happen again (will probably never vote for another GOP candidate again)
Considering I score very conservative/libertarian on literally every issue I’m not sure who you’re trying to court @Republicans but good luck.
My official title for @varosticks is COO.
Normally I would say taking on a title for a pre-rev brand is ridiculous.
But I wanted to complete my trifecta of operating as a CEO, CMO and COO.
So I’m counting it.
Working on a computer is so embarrassing.
Your wife comes into your little room in the house with your little chair and your little headphones and you’re just staring at a piece of glass pushing buttons with your fingers like an idiot.
It’s amazing we get any respect really.
Please pray for my friends. And donate if you can to help this special family.

Trying to keep up with @ChrisTwiggsPM
Building a spec this morning to get rid of QuickBooks for my LLCs. Using plaid for financial connections and handing the ledger to GB to manage.
Another $160/mo saved.
In my first job, we had executives in the company who refused to use computers, and issued paper memos.
Last week I spoke into existence a software application that would have taken a team and $100k+ to build a few years ago.
And I work the same amount now (if not more) than I ever did before.
So next time someone tells you that automation is somehow going to reduce us to 3 day workweeks, etc. simply ask where is the proof of this ever happening, anywhere?
As long as there is incentive to work more there will never be automations that reduce working hours.
