New @Skynz Box collecting dust for a couple of weeks. Account waiting to be activated. Considered going to their Broadband. Contacted to have account issue remedied via chat and email. Still waiting for contact. If your broadband is as fast as your customer service, forget it.

Big ups to @Wix A local business that needed help with a refund. The helpdesk sorted things immediately and money was back in their account the next day. Outstanding product, outstanding service. Just shows there are real people in the cloud who care for the little guy.
