On Tuesday 6 December, train services on the Central Coast & Newcastle Line will be less frequent and trips may take longer than normal due to urgent signal repairs at Cardiff. From 12:00 until 18:00 buses will replace all trains between Fassifern and Newcastle interchange.

Advice: Coxs Lane Fire, Fullerton Cove (Port Stephens) #NSWRFS & #NPWS on scene at a fire in bushland between Nelson Bay Rd & Stockton Beach at Fullerton Cove nth of Newcastle. The fire is not threatening property & is being pushed towards the beach by strong westerly winds.
