I never consider a brand guide truly finished until I've tested it on something completely outside the original brief. Unexpected formats, unusual challenges, situations you couldn't possibly plan for. That's where a strong identity really proves itself!
Let's talk layouts! I always encourage young designers to spend more time looking at magazines, not just websites. Some of the best composition ideas are hiding in editorial design, and a well-designed interactive spread can be the difference between someone scrolling past and actually getting hooked
Every project starts with my two favorite ingredients: color and typography. Can't imagine designing without getting those right first :) This time I wanted to make a statement from the very beginning, so I picked two colors with as much contrast as possible
Experimenting has always been a big part of how I design. Now I build the foundation myself, bring Claude into @framer through MCP, and start playing with possibilities. What if we rearrange everything? What if this block behaves differently? Could we animate that?
I love how quickly a random “why not?” can turn into something interesting. That's what makes this workflow so exciting to me :)
Claude can now connect directly to @framer via MCP, and I've been spending some time exploring what that makes possible. Turns out, quite a lot!
Open the thread to see what I've managed to build so far! 🧵

I think there’s a pretty simple explanation, and it applies to a lot more than interiors. We’re exposed to so much visual information every day that we’re simply exhausted by it. There are actual studies on visual overload and fatigue
After spending hours on Instagram, Pinterest, X and staring at screens, we just want some visual peace at home. Our phones already give us all the colors, shapes and visual chaos we could possibly need
And as much as I love the examples shown here, I’d choose to spend a day in a minimal, natural space with stone and wood over any colorful interior, 100 times out of 100
And of course, my favorite part :) Taking the client's brand through every possible scale, from micro details all the way up to giant hangars and technical equipment
