The fact that Netanyahu is close to winning the Israeli elections despite committing one of the worst genocides in history should tell you everything you need to know Israeli society.

Netanyahu's strong showing in the election proves that the problem in Israel is not just him. The problem is the Israeli people, most of whom are genocidal lunatics. The U.S. must immediately stop arming and providing diplomatic support for Israel, the modern-day Nazi Germany

I'm pretty sure the Apache helicopter pilots of October 7 Hannibal Directive were trained. Not sure they took accountability like they should've done...
Why take accountability or train your people when you can just blame the Jews.

Kill the women so they stop producing children. Kill the children so they never grow up. That’s the actual logic being presented as Torah. What kind of humans are they? This is so disturbing.
Rabbi Eliyahu Mali on Palestinians in Gaza : “The basic rule in a mandatory war, in this case in Gaza, is: ‘You shall not let any soul remain alive.’” “If you do not kill them, they will kill you.” “The women are the ones who produce the terrorists.” “It applies not only to the 14- or 16-year-old boy, or the 20- or 30-year-old man who raises a weapon against you, but also to the future generation. And to those who produce the future generation. There is truly no difference.” “Today he is an infant; tomorrow he is a fighter.” “There are no questions here.” “Today's terrorists were eight-year-old children during the previous operation.” “You cannot stop halfway. That is why Gaza is different.” He used the Torah to justify his argument.

One of many clips of Pauline at estimates yesterday There is a reason she doesn't normally show up (12% attendance record). Seriously, she needs to enrol in remedial literacy and comprehension
Pauline Hanson incoherently demands her claim that 94% of multicultural grants went to Labor seats be validated—then completely self-destructs when asked for a source. Watt: “I’m not sure where those figures came from. Have you calculated that yourself?” 🤣 Trainwreck.

The Empire State Building's top was initially planned to be a docking station for airships in the late 1920s. Investors believed airships would soon be used for cross-Atlantic travel, and the building's top seemed perfect for docking. The plan was for airships to land at the top, secure quickly, and let passengers walk into the building's top floor. Then, they could take an elevator down to Manhattan, arriving within seven minutes of landing. A docking mast was even built on the building. However, engineers couldn't figure out how to safely dock an airship on a 1,250-foot building with strong winds. Airship companies considered the idea too risky, and interest waned. Still, a private blimp did dock for three minutes in September 1931, causing traffic jams below, but no unloading occurred. The era of cross-Atlantic airships ended with the 1937 Hindenburg disaster, when the world's largest airship caught fire while landing in New Jersey. More rare historical photos: bit.ly/44OpIzi

Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party claims the election was “stolen” by Arab parties and is calling on police to investigate alleged voter fraud. With 93% of the vote counted, Netanyahu’s bloc has 53 seats, well short of the 61 needed to form a government, down from the 68 seats his coalition held before the election. Arab parties have nearly doubled their representation, jumping from 10 seats to 19.

“Stand Back” was written by Stevie Nicks on the day of her wedding to Kim Anderson. While driving after the ceremony, she heard Prince’s “Little Red Corvette” on the radio, pulled over and began writing the song that night. She later called Prince to tell him the story, he came to the studio the same night, played synthesizer on the track (uncredited), and left. They agreed to split the publishing 50/50. Released in May 1983 as the lead single from Nicks’ second solo album The Wild Heart, it reached No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 2 on the Mainstream Rock chart. The marriage lasted only three months, but the song became one of Nicks’ biggest solo hits and remains a staple of her live shows.

On November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. Less than two hours later, Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson became president aboard Air Force One. But the most striking part of that moment was who was standing beside him. Jacqueline Kennedy was there. She had been sitting next to her husband when he was shot. Her pink suit was still stained with his blood. She had refused to change her clothes, reportedly saying that she wanted people to see what had happened. Johnson insisted that she be present when he took the oath of office. In the photograph, Johnson raises his right hand while Jacqueline Kennedy stands beside him, still in shock, still wearing the suit she had worn that morning. The ceremony took place before Air Force One left Dallas. Johnson wanted to show the country that the government continued, even after the assassination. But the image is not really about politics. It is about a widow standing beside the man who had just replaced her husband, while the plane that was supposed to bring the president home prepared to carry his body back to Washington. One of the most powerful photographs in American history was taken not at a celebration, but in the middle of a national tragedy.

Vasily Stalin (1921-1962) was the youngest son of Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin and Nadezhda Alliluyeva. His life was defined by the immense privilege of his birth, a meteoric military rise, severe personal struggles, and a tragic downfall after his father's death.... He entered aviation school and joined the Soviet Air Force, serving as a pilot during WWII. Fueled by his father's name and fear from subordinates, Vasily rose through the ranks at a staggering pace. He became a major general at age 24 and later lieutenant general, eventually serving as Commander of the Air Forces of the Moscow Military District. Despite his high rank, his alcoholism, volatile temper, and reckless decisions—such as an unauthorized air show crash that killed two people—led to his removal from command in 1952. When his father died in March 1953, Vasily lost his protection. He lashed out, publicly claimed that his father had been poisoned, and defied orders from new party leaders like Nikita Khrushchev. He was arrested and later sentenced to 8 years in prison on charges of corruption, abuse of power, and anti-Soviet agitation/slander against the leadership. . . . . Joseph Stalin died on March 5, 1953. On April 28, his younger son Vasily was arrested. Less than two months separated the death of the Soviet dictator from the imprisonment of a man whose family name had helped propel him through the military hierarchy. Vasily was 32. He had trained as a pilot, served during the war against Nazi Germany, and risen to general’s rank while still remarkably young. In 1948, he became commander of the air forces of the Moscow Military District. His position was not simply ceremonial. He had genuine flying experience and wartime service. But his extraordinary advancement cannot be separated from his father. The special treatment had begun long before he became a general. In a 1938 letter to one of Vasily’s teachers, Stalin himself complained that people had spoiled the boy by constantly emphasizing that he was Stalin’s son. The dictator could recognize the privilege without eliminating the system that produced it. Vasily’s military career was also marked by drinking, disciplinary problems, and abuses associated with his authority. His protection was not unlimited. His father had already removed him from his Moscow command in 1952. But dismissal under a living Stalin was one thing. Life under the men who inherited Stalin’s power was another. After the dictator’s death, Vasily criticized the new leadership. His sister Svetlana later recalled his increasingly reckless behavior and denunciations. He also claimed that his father had been poisoned. That was his accusation, not an established explanation of Stalin’s death. In March 1953, Vasily was discharged from the armed forces. In April, he was taken into custody. The investigation lasted more than two years. In 1955, he received an eight-year prison sentence on charges including anti-Soviet propaganda and abuse of office. Those charges require distinction. Criticizing Soviet leaders was criminalized political speech. Allegations of misconduct in office concerned his actual use of authority. They were not the same kind of accusation. Decades later, a Russian court would remove the political component of the conviction while leaving findings concerning official misconduct in place. He had not simply been declared innocent of everything. Vasily was released in January 1960, but his freedom did not last. He was imprisoned again and subsequently required to live in Kazan, away from Moscow. He died there on March 19, 1962. Official accounts attributed his death to alcohol-related causes. Claims that he was murdered have not been established by publicly available evidence. The reversal was devastating, but it should not turn him into a flawless victim. He had benefited from a dictatorship that gave a leader’s child opportunities unavailable to ordinary citizens. #archaeohistories
