Ocailap thanked the Swedish Government for supporting this capacity development Programme. These change agents have been empowered to train other public procurement professionals.
Benefits of sustainable public procurement include; promotion of local industry,reduction in green house gas emissions,improves waste management & also saves on environmental degredation among other benefits.
