Corruption thrives in India because freedom of speech is not absolute. When people fear the consequences of exposing wrongdoing, corruption flourishes. Silence protects the corrupt. Free speech holds them accountable.
Think about it.

Japan govt collects taxes like a developed nation but builds roads like a 4th-world country.
Why doesn't the Japanese govt learn from Indian govt how to build a road?
Modi ji should send a delegation to Japan to teach them our infrastructure model.

LoP @RahulGandhi has challenged PM Modi to an open debate.
Will the teleprompter PM have the guts to accept?
Mr Modi, stop lying to this nation.
You became PM because of foreign help. You remain PM because of foreign help.
Your financial system is fully controlled and supported by foreigners. Foreign social media fully backs you.
I challenge you to an open debate about this. Any stage, any time. Come if you have the guts.
You won't dare, because you are terrified of what I know about you.

Strong agree.
During my recent trip to Singapore public (read : metro stations) restrooms were far cleaner and hygienic than those in a private establishment, malls or any high end set up.
Most indians have absolutely no sense of basic hygiene or civic responsibility and they treat public places with reckless disregard.
Indeed..organic 3rd world.
