FYI it isn't BHVR's fault when a license leaves, they want things to stay, it looks bad when licenses leave. Chucky leaving seems to be an issue with Don Mancini and Universal.
Chucky x Fortnite was scrapped randomly, and his movies were removed from Netflix unexpectedly.
this is genuinely so sad. having these legendary horror icons and both chucky and tiffany being voiced by the og actors was such a cool addition to dbd :(
We welcomed The Good Guy out of his box and into The Fog nearly three years ago, but it's now time for the Chucky Chapter to leave the shelf.
On November 24, 2026, the Chapter and its associated content will be removed from in-game and first-party stores. Any content unlocked before that date will remain available to use in-game.
To celebrate his time in The Fog, the content of the Chapter will be on sale on all platforms starting on Monday, October 26, giving you a chance to unlock the Character and Cosmetics before they leave the store.

Weβre grateful for the creators who support Dead by Daylight every day, and we've been blown away by the response to our Creator Program. We know many of you have been eagerly waiting for updates, and to ensure we can properly support our growing creator community, weβll be temporarily pausing new applications while we focus on reviewing those already received.

iβve seen a lot of dislike for dbdβs halloween event this year with it not being engaging enough
what is something you would want to be added to future events?
me personally iβd love something similar to anniversary powers for the halloween event :)
