The emojis in Teams are ridiculous. I feel like I'm looking at claymation or such. It hurts my eyeballs.

Once again, Outlook is awful. I'm trying to edit a distribution list I own and I can't. The help documentation is completely useless and forums show me outdated versions of Outlook that have completely different menu options. It shouldn't be this hard.

A week later I'm still thinking about when the folks at John & Company elected me chairman. I wasn't able to hold off bankruptcy, but it made way for me to rack up quite the retirement fund and accumulation of power. While I didn't end on top it was quite the comeback story.

JW just walked in and informed me he wants to become a Navy Admiral. He immediately jumped into explaining the trajectory he would need to take to make that possible.

I always want to know the 'Why' of a situation. I need it to process and move forward. Making sense of things calms my ADHD brain.

Every day is a lesson in focusing on what I can control. In stoicism we talk about how we have control over ourselves. But we don't always. Our bodies, even our emotions, are not always under our control. It's a frustrating lesson I have to learn over and over again.
