@AskWorkspace I got locked out of my account and have been trying for four months to connect with someone to help me while being charged for a service I did not want. I was told to cancel the subscription when finally got to speak to Poonam on Google Meet.

Now I am being told I cannot have a refund because the subscription has been cancelled. This is absolutely unacceptable. I want a full refund now! This is the worst custom service experience I have ever had @AskWorkspace
