software factories are a solved problem. it's time to build model factories.
anyone who can grade model output is in demand, and anyone who can automate that grading will be in higher demand.

F your AI b2b SaaS.
We just launched Palantir for booking meetings.
The last 14 days, companies like @MonacoGTM , @Nowadaysai, @Rippling , @salesforce , @marketercom, @posthog , and @retellai spent $100k+ with us on literal cakes.
From today, Daymaker finds your prospects, reads their entire digital footprint, buys the one gift that makes their day, and gets you the meeting.
Comment your name and I'll reply with everything Daymaker finds on you and the gift it would send you. If you dare. 🎁

Porting Bully into Unreal Engine with Opus 5.5 PT4: Weapons, Vehicles, Full Map
I officially have the rest of the map for the entire game, the vehicles, and the weapons (kinda) running on a MacBook Pro outta Unreal Engine
This followed the same exact method that I used before, where it's basically just Opus 5.5 on Devin AI or my Claude sub taking assets from the owned copy of the game and then putting them into Unreal Engine
For this pass, I wanted the entire map to be in there with a shortcut to teleport them to ensure they looked pretty and then just wanted to test the vehicles because I missed riding around in them lol
But I'm honestly super impressed by the quality here. Although some don't look great, a lot of the stuff that you're seeing here, especially the lighting, looks really, really good
Not just that but this is running on a MacBook Pro like could you imagine if you maxed this out and ran it on a proper PC???
Next steps are going to be backend which is actual story mode and stuff like that
Porting Bully into Unreal Engine with Opus 5.5 PT3: AI NPCs
I gave every single NPC their own consciousness and ability to speak
I plugged in Fish Audio plus a few other fun things and you can now talk to any character in the game with the capability for them not only to remember your conversations but to speak back to you
You no longer have 10 important NPCs. You can now have 1,000 NPCs with unlimited options instead of just 8 dialogue prompts to choose from
Imagine talking to Patches from Dark Souls 1, but asking him questions about his travels or learning more lore about him after you speak to him for 10 minutes straight
Instead of just the same dialogue getting exhausted every time you speak to an NPC, you can now talk to him for as long as you want, and he'll respond to you in character
You can now literally just sit there and talk to them for hours if you really wanted to (if you wanted more ai psychosis lmaoo)
And if you plug in other AIs like Jev, you can give them the ability to play the game on their own, like how in Animal Crossing you can give someone a job and they'll get wood for you
Imagine the ability to talk to anybody and the capability of them doing anything in-game for you
(fully OS, free, never monetizing, needs a paid copy of Bully to play, ran on a macbook, link below, full youtube video soon)
Next: Full map port

gpuix apps can now render in the terminal
create GUIs, use them as TUIs
- embed them in VSCode, Zed, Codex
- split GUIs into panes
- use all terminal power features for your GUIs

Devin Fusion with Claude Opus 5.5 (max) and a GPT-6 Luna (high) sidekick scores 68 on the Coding Agent Index, 2 points above Claude Code with Opus 5.5 (max) at 31% lower cost per task
@cognition's Devin Fusion runs a frontier lead model alongside a lower-cost sidekick model. The two work in parallel with their own context and tools, with the lead keeping planning, delegation and final review. We benchmarked Devin Fusion CLI with Claude Opus 5.5 (max) + GPT-6 Luna (high).
It scores 68.1 on the Artificial Analysis Coding Agent Index, closely matched at the top with Claude Code with Claude Sonnet 5.5 (max) at 68.4 and Muse Code with Muse Wonder Full (max) at 68.0. Against Claude Code with Claude Opus 5.5 (max) at 66.0, it costs $9.01 vs. $13.04 per task and averages 55 vs. 65 minutes per task.
Across the three benchmarks, the Fusion configuration scores higher on DeepSWE v1.1 (72.6% vs. 68.4%) and SWE-Atlas-QnA (69.6% vs. 66.4%) and slightly lower on Terminal-Bench 4.0 (62.1% vs. 63.1%). Its results reflect both models working together, including their combined API cost. Costs are pay-per-token API costs, not subscription prices.

“Remember Devin? It works now.”
After the internet said it wouldn’t, Cognition put that on a billboard.

the best time to hire a GTM Engineer to scale our data platform was before we hit a $1B revenue run rate
the second best time is right now
this person will be responsible for building our...
- company and people graphs, tracking companies, labs, researchers, and engineers
- forecasting inputs for both compute capacity (supply) and sales pipeline (demand)
- customer and user journey state machine, ensuring that we're surfacing the right action to the right person at the right time
you wouldn't be starting from scratch - we have an incredible team, a cracked engineering culture, the latest in agent infrastructure, and the mandate of Heaven to build the best GTM data platform the world has ever seen
apply at the link below and/or DM me a piece of technical writing or presentation about a data system/product you've built

We did the math and there are over 130 ex-founders employed at Cognition. That's over 25% of our entire company!
This is hard to believe for two reasons
1. Former founders are often unemployable
2. Former founders are are even harder to keep happy
But if you do it right these ex-founders are the highest-agency people you can ever hire
To me this is what makes Cognition so special and fast-moving. Our hiring bar is so high which means trust is also so high.. which means on day 1 you are basically told "alright go help us get to the next revenue milestone". Founders were trained for that.
I've said it before but I am not sure there will ever be such a founder-friendly company again. It just feels too surreal (and is also driven by the massive TAM of coding agents).
