UPDATE: 1973 Provisional and District League Results files completed. Comprehensive coverage from Allsport Weekly delivers the goods, revealing a host of postponed and abandoned fixtures, and the results of several replays. Only two results not found. ozfootball.net/ark/States/VI…
Without delving through The Herald and The Sun archives, it's likely that Allsport Weekly was the only publication to comprehensively cover the Sunday District Leagues in 1973. Released on a Thursday every week, it was rare that it didn't have between 4-6 pages devoted to soccer.
