Berlin’s city website quietly removed their outrageous accusation overnight, without a public apology or clarification yet, as we demanded in a letter we sent them.
Berlin's official city portal just wrote our film No Other Land has "antisemitic tendencies". A film that won the Berlinale and was recently invited to a special screening in the German embassy in Israel. It pains me to see how, after murdering most of my family in the holocaust, you empty the word antisemitism of meaning to silence critics of Israel's occupation in the West Bank (the topic of our film) and legitimize violence against Palestinians. I feel unsafe and unwelcome in Berlin of 2024 as a left-wing Israeli and will take legal action.

Just days ago, Israel was relying on and coordinating with UNRWA to carry out the second round of a polio vaccination drive in Gaza.
Now, it has outlawed the organization — with potentially catastrophic consequences for Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and across the region.
BREAKING: The Israeli Knesset is scheduled to vote on the UNRWA bills today, Mon. 28 Oct. The Knesset will begin its session today at 16:00 Jerusalem time, with the UNWRA bills listed for second and third readings on the agenda. The bills aim to shut down the operations and functioning of UNRWA and would severely undermine the essential services provided by UNRWA to Palestinian refugees throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
