Don't take Nashville for granted. There are places that lack amazing connected infrastructure like the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge that make it difficult to commute by bike every day.

📰NDOT has announced a new tactical urbanism program that supports & facilitates community-led installation of temporary transportation projects in neighborhoods!
Project applications will be reviewed and funded on a quarterly schedule. The next submission deadline is August 19.

This past weekend proved deadly and dangerous for pedestrians in Nashville, with three separate crashes resulting in two fatalities and one serious injury.

pretty much everybody associated with the Tennessee Active Club, Patriot Front and the Vinland Rebels in TN are from out of state, or recently moved to TN. all the known teenagers that hangout w/ TAC leader Sean Kauffmann are from out of state.
One of the neo-nazis who has been out in Nashville TN is Jeffrey Perrine, formerly of Sacramento area. Last year Perrine moved to Middleton, Idaho with his wife Kimmy (who is also a full-on nazi). Perrine paints houses for work, in addition to selling neo-nazi merchandise online.

Today at the Regional Transportation Authority meeting, the executive committee unanimously resolved to support #ChooseHowYouMove.
That was followed by unanimous support at @TheGNRC.

Closure Notice: The Stones River Boardwalk is closed until further notice due to damage. The boardwalk is located .75 miles from Kohl's Trailhead and 1.5 miles from the Percy Priest Dam Trailhead. The boardwalk is also located behind Jackson Downs Boulevard and River Walk Drive.
