Guys, guys, I just called my Dem Congressman's office to tell him I don't want Jeffries as speaker and before I was even done with my preamble, the staffer said, let me guess what you're going to say...he said he's been hearing it all day and then he asked me what I'd like to see Democrats do and had a 10 minute conversation with me. He even asked me to repeat some items from my laundry list so he could write it down.
I also called my Senator. Who has also been getting calls about new leadership.

Thanks to all you who woke up and got to work organizing! All of you who voted for decency, fairness, equality, justice and against the flagrant corruption in our political system which has been stacked against the working people of this country. And a special thanks to the wave of first time voters and young people who took a step towards the future they deserve. Rise up and sing! Celebrate. Then we go to work reforming our party and our nation for good.
