The leading tobacco control experts in the country—15 of them!—have just put out a paper in The American Journal of Public Health urging the media, legislators, and the public health community to consider the benefits of e-cigarettes.
It is an exceedingly rare statement from leading public health authorities that will be hard for critics to dismiss. All 15 coauthors are former presidents of the Society for Research on Nicotine and Tobacco @srntorg.

Do you know what the "non-compliance" issues were in 2019? An eagle on an atomizer, a face faded into the background of a product package. None of which were made clear prior to that. It wasn't willful non-compliance by industry, it was a purposeful blitz by Health Canada.
It is not illegal for an Ontario-based business to sell products in Quebec, Nova Scotia, or PEI. We are bound by federal law and Ontario (and BC) law. The people of QC, PEI, and NS have the right to the opportunity to stay off cigarettes. (E, F, G)
