The AI adventure Part 3: AI can give you superpowers!
Played around with RunwayML last night and tried to recreate their recent viral video. Didn't turn out as cleanly but it was a lot of fun to make!
A couple of weeks ago I mentioned how I used AI to create a faceless TikTok and YouTube channel and got 50k+ views in less than a month (and only took 5-10mins a day to create and upload).
The videos were text heavy with some animation.
The results landed us right in the uncanny valley.
I tried one of the preset "hosts" but it was still weird. The text-to-speech output from EL was great so I took that and copied/pasted game GIFs into the video instead of using actual video footage.
