i don’t think you understand how beautiful you are, and i’m not just talking about your face. there’s something about you that makes a person want to slow down and appreciate every little thing about you. the way you carry yourself, the way you talk, the way you smile, and even the little things you probably don’t notice about yourself. you have this kind of beauty that catches my attention, but it’s the thought of getting to know you beyond what my eyes can see that really gets me.
if i had a thousand chances to meet you in a thousand different lifetimes, i think i’d still find myself drawn to you. not because you’re perfect, but because there’s something about you that feels rare in a world where everything seems temporary. i don’t want to be another person who tells you you’re beautiful just to get your attention. i want to be someone who reminds you that you’re special even on the days when you don’t feel like it.
and honestly, if beauty were the only thing i saw in you, this would be a much easier feeling to explain. but there’s something about you that makes me curious about your dreams, your fears, the things that make you laugh when nobody else is around, and the little things that make you who you are.
