I agree a model hard working citizen, who keeps herself fit by jumping on any bandwagon going. She will be an exemplary mother.
Greta Thunberg is once again showing the courage and moral clarity that so many of us lack.
At just 23, after years of vicious personal attacks for simply telling the truth about the climate crisis and broader injustices, she is still putting herself on the line, this time standing with French high-school students demanding decent schools and a future that isn’t being systematically robbed from them. The fact that critics still dismiss her as "just a kid" or an "attention-seeker" while she inspires young people across Europe says everything about how threatened the status quo feels by her consistency. The whole world should be watching with awe.

Things that never happened part 1
I can't believe the ignorance of some people.
Last night, sat in the pub..table next to me there were 4 middle aged men, they were going on and about illegal immigrants, men arriving on boats etc, saying they're bad, rapists, murderers.
After a while I jumped into their conversation and explained angrily, they are NOT illegal immigrants, they are asylum seekers and their generalisation of them was disgusting. They are fleeing war, poverty, crime etc, hoping for a better life in our country.
They are NOT criminals, they are fleeing that life. If their only route to freedom is on a boat, then they should be allowed to take that route. They were being persecuted in the country they came from and now they are being persecuted here. If, as a nation, we stop all this disgusting racism, the new people will enrich our culture, make our society a better place. For God sake, give them the chance they deserve
Last night on way home ( down south) many Man U fans in motorway services.
Ordered my drinks from a well known coffee house used the name Solanke, should have seen the queue when server called out my order!!🤣
I must have missed the new rule change where every time a Man U player falls over there has to be a free kick.
They say the definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.
