Team Blue is building the infrastructure and hardware to meet the mission ahead of us. Take a look at our upper stage manufacturing facility at Rocket Park - it will produce up to 150 upper stages a year to support high launch cadence. This is one piece of a connected system designed to run at rate: manufacturing, integration, launch, recovery, refurbishment, and back to flight. Every step optimized for cadence.

Module 6 is back on the Vehicle Access Tower. The crane configuration for lifting and placing these modules is a delicate work of art. This CC 8800 heavy lift crane uses counterweight positioned behind the crane to significantly increase lifting performance.

Our launch bridge is back and ready for use. With a robust design, we salvaged most of the structure and reworked the bearing mating surfaces. The team also reinstalled the main water piping.

Thank you, @GregAbbott_TX and the state of Texas, for being a true partner in our work. This expansion adds more than 2,000 high-skilled jobs to our Texas workforce, deepening our 20-year roots. Our road to space started in - and now continues through - the Lone Star State!
Big news, Texas! We're opening Constellation Park, a new 1.3-million-square-foot manufacturing complex and bringing 2,000 jobs to Hutto, TX, to support TeraWave and Quartz. The campus will house manufacturing for key Blue Origin subsystems, including solar arrays, avionics, telecommunications, and other satellite hardware. Read more: bit.ly/3VqvxAL

New Glenn 9x4 has been added to NASA’s Launch Services Program, making both New Glenn configurations eligible to compete for NASA science and exploration missions. With an 8.7-meter fairing and the ability to carry more than 70 metric tons to LEO, 9x4 gives NASA greater payload capacity and flexibility as we expand the New Glenn fleet 🚀 Two paths to orbit. More flexibility for NASA.
Welcome to the NASA Launch Services Fleet, New Glenn 9x4!🚀 The agency added @blueorigin's New Glenn 9x4 rocket to the NASA Launch Services II contract through the annual on-ramp process for use on future missions.

We’re going vertical! The first module is placed on the vehicle access tower. We’ve added two floors and guard rails for access, along with cryo control skids and environmental control system piping and filter boxes. Five more modules to go as we work toward returning to flight this year. A lot of hard work behind this. Couldn’t be prouder of the team.

Thanks for stopping by @NASAAdmin. The team has made incredible progress in just 10 weeks and we’re excited to get into testing.
Replying to @NASAStennis
@NASAStennis helped power America to the Moon during Apollo, and it has an important role to play as we return to stay. We heard directly from the workforce and visited the historic B-Test Complex, where @blueorigin will test New Glenn’s upper stage through its agreement with NASA. Putting world-class American infrastructure to work with commercial partners is how we move faster, strengthen our industrial base, and stay ahead. We also met with @USSOCOM leadership and watched Naval Special Warfare’s Special Boat Team 22 conduct an impressive hot extraction demonstration. Incredible capability and professionalism on display. A great reminder of the extraordinary people and capabilities behind American leadership on Earth and beyond.

The next GS2 is loaded up and now preparing to head to @NASAStennis for vehicle hotfire testing, the first of our second stages to be tested at the historic B-2 stand. Proud to test at Stennis, where Mississippi has powered American spaceflight for decades. The Blue team and our @NASA partners have been hard at work preparing the stand for testing.

A big thank you to the @NASAArtemis III crew for your encouraging words and for taking the time to speak with Team Blue!
Welcome to Rocket Park, home of New Glenn and Lunar Permanence 🚀🌕 This week, we hosted the @NASAArtemis III crew — Astronauts Randy Bresnik (@AstroKomrade), Luca Parmitano (@astro_luca), Andre Douglas (@Astro_AndreD), Frank Rubio, and backup Bob Hines (@Astro_FarmerBob). The crew got an up-close look at where New Glenn and our lunar landers come to life, then headed to LC-36, where we will launch our MK2 Earth Orbit Rendezvous demonstration vehicle in support of the Artemis III mission.

The team has been busy transporting all modules that were removed from the Vehicle Access Tower back to the pad to prepare for re-stacking. We designed and installed floors, pneumatics and electrical panels, and backbone piping on the modules. And we're moving the elevator to the side of the Vehicle Access Tower, freeing up significantly more floor access for our new CONOPS. Ahead of Labor Day, I want to thank all of Team Blue for your hard work and give a shoutout to the team at the pad for their dedication to our return to flight.

The Moon is, on average, 238,855 miles away. Our MK1-101 Endurance team just made it feel closer. Across two weeks of simulations, our team rehearsed key mission phases, including launch and separation, lunar orbit insertion, lunar orbit operations, and landing. The training also included checkout and software-emulated use of @NASA’s Stereo Camera for Lunar Plume-Surface Studies (SCALPSS) payload system, providing the team with hands-on experience operating a key science instrument on Endurance. Each sim builds the coordination, confidence, and readiness needed for our mission to the lunar surface.

go.nasa.gov/4h61Blu Before the first human steps on Mars, we have to build the road. Honored that Blue Origin has been selected by @NASA to deliver our Mars Telecommunications Orbiter (MTO), built on Blue Ring and in production now in Huntsville. MTO will enable science, carry payloads, and help lay the foundation for human exploration. Proud of Team Blue. We’re going to Mars.
