The next The Door Hinge for Demelza Quiz Night is on Wednesday 2nd at 7:30pm.
£2pp entry fee and a maximum of 4 per team. Come along as a team or join a short handed team, everyone welcome. Winners get a free drink. It’s for the brain not for the gain.

Great day yesterday, started with a question & answer session with @wellingunited’s new manager @Ryanmax89734412. Then a fantastic performance by the Wings beating Cheshunt 3-1.

@camogreen11 I see from the Welling United website that you have departed the club. It was a pleasure to watch you from your first match v Truro to the last one at Slough, 50 matches in 1 season ( wasn’t there for all of them) and I can’t recall you having an off day.

We now have a new manager and assistant in place, good luck to @rod_stringer and his team. Will they make a difference to the outcome of the remaining matches with the same players? Or are they being allowed to bring in some of their own. Will Curran hold Howard to ransom again?
The next Door Hinge Quiz Night is on Wednesday the 4th of October.
£1pp entry fee, teams of no more than 4 participants, Quiz consists of 5 rounds of 10 questions on varies subjects and a table round of 20-26 questions. Winners get a free drink. All proceeds go to Demelza.

The next meeting of the B.H.S. is tomorrow Tuesday 18th July, we meet at the United Reform Church Hall opposite Bexley War Memorial. Doors open at 7:30 with a talk at 8pm. The talk is 'A trip on the Royal Yacht' by Graham Payne. Members entry is free or £5 for non members.

Following yesterday's postponed @wellingutdwfc fixture, all of the food that was prepared for matchday at Park View Road was donated to Our Lady of the Rosary's church club, which went to feed disadvantaged people in the Blackfen area 👏
