He is not the only taking about this horrendous, tragic loss of life.
No one I know in Ukraine or Europe wants the war to continue.
There is only person who doesโ Putin.
He also could end the war immediately.
So if you are serious about promoting peace, you have to execute a strategy that convinces Putin to stop fighting.
Everything else is virtue signaling.
How come Elon Musk is the only one seriously talking about all these young people dying in the trenches for no reason and begging for this war to stop? Innocent young Ukrainians and Russian conscripts are getting blown apart by drones, losing their lives
And then you look at Europe. What do you only keep hearing from so many European leaders? More weapons, more ammunition, more military support. โWe cannot let Russia winโ
You almost never hear them seriously talking about how to bring peace and end this war for good
Why the hell aren't those same leaders putting that much energy into figuring out how to stop this meat grinder?
What are these leaders actually doing to stop young people from dying every single day? What are they doing to end this endless slaughter? Why aren't they putting the same urgency into finding a way to end this war instead of constantly talking about sending more weapons and how they should continue this war forever?
These are human beings. They have parents, families, loved ones, and entire lives ahead of them. And they're dying in trenches because of decisions made by people who will never have to experience what those young soldiers are going through
And that includes the poor Russian conscripts who have no choice but to fight. They're human beings too. Their lives matter too
How many more young people need to die before stopping this war becomes just as important as deciding who wins it?
Why does it take Elon Musk to keep reminding people about the human lives being destroyed by this war?
Seriously, where the hell is the urgency to stop all this killing? everyone who wants to continue this war is pure evil

Very sad to hear about the passing of ERIC BAUZA, the modern day voice of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and many other beloved characters.
Here he is working his magic...
The most junior person on their Alberta Health team could have googled this:

They're not even trying anymore!!!
Plus: we had a "prov operation center" before Smith blew it up with refocusing... last 3yrs HCWs begging for it!

Hey Alberta: is this incompetence or a full on intentional lie?
9003 Acute Care Spaces is NOWHERE near a record number for our prov
In the late 1980s we had 17,790 acute care spaces in hospitals (~12,000 acute care beds, +LTC beds)
1988: 7.4 beds/1000
2026: 1.5 beds/1000

Sometimes you have to listen to what the people are saying, and if you do listen, listen carefully, you might conclude itโs time for a little introspection.
Today broke grey and raw for New Democrats here in BC: last night was a body blow.
This morning Iโm sending solidarity and care to all the progressive organizers - within and beyond electoral politics - who have worked tirelessly over so many years in this province.
It is thanks to your unending effort that we have won and defended all our social gains: queer and disability rights, Indigenous rights, childcare and public health, working conditions and unionization, universal public services and more.
None of these victories came without struggle. And that struggle must continue now, to protect them in every way we can.
But not today. Today is a day to feel all the feelings, find comfort and get some rest.
Tomorrow we rise to fight again.

The โgerm theoryโ of disease is not a theory at all, as it hasnโt been validated in accordance with the scientific method. This may be hard to come to terms with, but itโs easily verifiable:
There are no studies, in humans or animals, demonstrating that healthy subjects become sick when exposed to sick subjects or their bodily fluids via natural means, with a control group that remains mostly healthy while receiving the exact same treatment except the exposure to sick, blinded in order to control for expectation and nocebo effects, and with illness measured by symptoms rather than surrogate markers.
Further, countless historical attempts to demonstrate this idea have failed drastically.

Norm Macdonald's real gift is making even an unexpected interruption feel like the setup to the next punchline, you just have to think twice
He can make a conversation look completely out of control while quietly turning every interruption into another joke.
On Dennis Miller Live, he starts with Viagra and Bob Dole, detours into David Spadeโs sex life and wanders into George Michaelโs arrest.
Then, almost casually, he brings up the NBC executive who fired him.
The apparent chaos has a destination. The fun is watching how he gets there.
