Thanks to @steveracemp @FredThomasUK and all the volunteers from @exeterlabour & @PlymouthLabour we’ve spoken to over 300 residents today in #Wonford #VoteLabour #DCC2025Election
Great morning out with this fab bunch of Labour volunteers, talking to people in #Wonford with @dbmutton, who will be a diligent and effective county councillor.
Thanks to friends from @PlymouthLabour for joining us for an #Exeter day out!

Unfortunately, where I live is a conservation zone and they don’t allow satellite dishes so have to go the streaming route
The only other thing I did was pull out any other cables. So I’ve got the sky live camera and I unplugged that before I rebooted the TV don’t know if that makes a difference.
You need to hold that button for a good 10-20 seconds until the light on the front starts flashing, then let go
I don’t recall ever been told it would work as a standalone TV, it was clear to me that it was streaming only. The biggest issues I’ve had for 2 years, in the early days was asynchronous audio & video on BBC. That is resolved now, but we regularly have to reboot when tv freezes
did you get any reply from the @SkyHelpTeam I've had nothing despite several messages and comments
I did this earlier this morning after seeing the solution posted by a customer. Why did it take you so long to resolve the issue & post the solution? Why did you notify customers? What compensation are you offering to affected customers? @BBCNews @SkyNewsBreak @BBCWatchdog
I see @SkyHelpTeam have finally posted this as the solution, but difficult if you can't get down to power cable 😐
I tried just holding the power button last night, didn't think to unplug the power cable, but tried that and it did work, you have to hold the button for about 10 seconds until the light under the screen starts flashing
I just saw this from somebody else tried and it worked for me. It takes about five minutes. Why don’t @SkyHelpTeam share this? #fail #skyglass @BBCNews @SkyNewsBreak

~ Aurora - Haytor Rocks, Dartmoor ~
With the backdrop of Ursa Major & Haytor rocks in the foreground, I'm quite pleased with these
In one I also managed to catch a Perseid meteor

Have a good weekend Pete, think this is probably one of my last posts on here, @elonmusk has a lot to answer for and will not be earning any more ad revenue from me (and many others by the sound of it) not very active yet on Threads, but you can find me there.
