@graemeblackwood we’re distributed @argentHQ but we’re only in Europe so we can gather as a team once a quarter and do hackathons and build personal relationships. #DeFi
@graemeblackwood We’ve found it hard to find talent specifically when it comes to the design thinking plus the detail. We’ve been picky but it’s also a hard combination. @argentHQ #DeFi
@achrisb88 we’ve had it easy @MakerDAO with a global design team and most inbound recruits. We work well across the globe. Applies to all our roles. Not having a fixed location makes it easier to recruit talent.

@graemeblackwood we’re fortunate that one of our founders @argentHQ comes from a consumer facing background. The who co-founding team is very grounded in the user problems we’re solving. #DeFi
@janis__david we have those battles, also between legal and design, there are lots of guidelines we try to use to be more humane, and thinking about anticipating mistakes as well. #DeFi
@achrisb88 we’ve integrated the design team into the development team which is making it better. #DeFi
@janis__david says it is needed for kyc, key if you’re regulated that we can verify a person. Critical in a custodial solution like ours. @mode_banking #DeFi
@graemeblackwood we need it for some verification but we’re looking for alternatives so you can opt into giving us your number.
