The book algorithms just recommended a book called The Professor is In: The Essential Guide to Turning your PH.D Into a Job. I’m flattered, but I don’t have a Ph.D nor am I in a Ph.D program. One day, maybe, but I have a Masters to finish first.
One of my favorite compliments to receive is “you were homeschooled?! How are you so well-adjusted/normal?” To which I respond either “I have no clue” or “you think I’m well-adjusted, but I’m just really good at masking - I’ve been doing it my whole life.” 😂😂😂

Responses like these are disingenuous. The majority of the formerly homeschooled folks I know who want reforms are ND - including me. Current homeschooling laws failed us NDs !
