This was a quick reply I made when someone asked how I made my works look "Glowy", but I figured I'd repost it for anyone interested.
It's just a basic technique, where you copy the entire picture and paste it on top, then blur it and do something with it. Games call it "Bloom".
drawing shitty art to break my perfectionist mentality in less than an hour. Maybe I'll be trying to do it every day.
I have a plan to draw rough after finished single piece. So the next drawing, I don't feel intimidated by my previous drawing.
