Trump has put broader and deeper tariff's on Canada than China. Canada's % of trade with China is less than the US. $$$ talk. So it's Trump who's *actually* moved closer to China than to Canada (it's closest and most loyal ally). Should we not diversify? teapawt.org/LondonRealTV/status/19…
🇺🇸🇨🇳 TODAY: President Trump announces he has officially signed a trade deal with China. It's time to buy 🚀🚀🚀

As a co-founder of a robotics company, I really dislike this ad. By @Figure_robot 1/4

4/4 It implies that their robots need to be completely destroyed - implying they are still (potentially) dangerous - just as the Terminator said at the end in T2: Judgement Day

I don’t think the Trump administration could send a clearer message than this on how it views Canada. teapawt.org/USEmbassySG/status/210…
The Monroe Doctrine has shaped U.S. foreign policy for over two centuries. 🇺🇸 American dominance in the Western Hemisphere will never be questioned again.

Treason. Working with representatives of the Trump administration (a government that is threatening our economy and sovereignty) to actively coordinate the dismantling or "dismemberment" of our country is treason.
A Michigan delegation travelled to Calgary to sell separatists on software developed for Republicans to get out the vote – and how it could be used to wrench Alberta from Confederation. For David Parker, an organizer for Alberta separation, the software was the path to victory – one that ultimately resulted in a massive privacy breach involving the sensitive personal data of nearly three million Albertans. But Parker’s embrace of the Michigan delegation is evidence of a pattern: separatist factions in Alberta eager to engage the U.S. in their plans for secession, and American actors willing to assist, either privately or openly. Through interviews with The Globe on both sides of the border, people involved in politics, the corporate sector and Alberta’s pursuit of separatism have described persistent efforts by figures in the U.S. administration and conservative political establishment to support groups seeking American expansionism and independence for Alberta. theglobeandmail.com/canada/a…

I really didn’t understand why Trump wanted to officially rename Artificial Intelligence to Super Intelligence. But then I read this and I was “ah yeah, of course, that makes sense.” teapawt.org/adamscochran/status/21…
1/15 SCOOP: Trump’s “Super Intelligence” Scandal: I believe Trump’s “SI” Executive Order was ANOTHER criminal plot to enrich the Trump family. Insiders seem to have profited MILLIONS off of .si domain names before his Truth Social posts.

Just going to say, Alberta beef is the best beef. I just had a beautiful tasty, juicy, beefy NY Strip in Calgary. Alberta beef never disappoints. I’ve had Kobe, Australian, Brazilian and Texas beef. They’re good. I like them. Just not Alberta.

The NDP calling this BC Election two years into his term is highly cynical. I think it will backfire on @Dave_Eby. He owns it. #bcpoli

America's Founders worried that about "Money" poisoning democracy.

Canada, focus on building. We've coasted for 2 decades. US has changed, as is their right. So, we need to change and get on with it. Don't get angry. Get focused. CAN and the US will do deals where it makes sense and walk away where it doesn't. That's sovereignty. Canada go build

Been working with Agentic development for well over a year now. There are two things I tell people over and over again: 1. Spend triple the time on your docs (PRD, ADD, Implementation) than you think you need 2. Build something every day. Software dev is still a craft.

Another example of pairing subject matter expertise with agentic AI. This is what new product managers look like.
Cardiologist wins 3rd place at Anthropic's hackathon. Out of 13,000 applications. Built in 7 days by Michał Nedoszytko MD. Coded day and night - in the hospital, in the cloud, while flying from Brussels to San Francisco. A few years ago, it would have been impossible for a doctor to build this alone in just a couple of days. AI changed that. The project is called postvisit.ai. It is an AI agentic care platform for patients. Including reverse AI scribe it is a companion that guides the patient from the moment they leave the doctor's office. Powered by the massive context window of Opus 4.6, it allows patients to explore their full medical history, connected devices, Evidence Based resources and external data sources — all in one place. Today, the barrier to entry has vanished; even a practicing physician can build an application from scratch.
