I'm preparing to teach a course on anticolonial resistance history for students in Gaza. They have been involved in an anticolonial struggle themselves and hopefully this will be a chance for them not only to study the history and theory but to contribute to documenting their own experiences. We want to equip them with the knowledge and skills to be Guerrilla Historians! They need internet access/data for the course and we want to hire local teaching assistants to make the pedagogical experience valuable for these students. Their lives and educations have been disrupted by genocide, siege, and every possible challenge. But they are determined to keep learning, studying, and developing for their future.
