What's their secret weapon?
Breath control.
Here's how they train it (and how you can master it too):

#HERMES I found a parcel on the road where I live (probably a mistake). I have been trying to get in touch with Hermes to organise to pick it up but it is so restricted to sender or received and you have to have the tracking number etc. can someone get in touch if you want it!

Anyone else got a problem with #UberEats ? The last 5 times I have ordered, the food has come through cold due to either delivering to places before, or using a bicycle. And no call Centre to speak to. I have sent the food back today and will not be ordering again. Disgraceful!

Update- after DMing my details, BA response was not to review the history and ask me to choose a special dietary meal, then said they cannot ensure a choice of meal and how good they were with dietary requirements. Problem still not resolved! #poorservice

@British_Airways After flying to Mumbai last week on prem econ, most of the cabin got told their choice of food wasn’t available and the solution was to ‘pre order’. Every time I have tried to pre order it is not available. Disappointed in both. #poorservice
