I help run a grocery store in the Outer Sunset and there is a five-story building going up right across the street. It's replacing a decrepit lot strewn with ruins of a gas station.

CA today became the first state in the nation to strike down parking mandates near transit stations.
It’s a huge win for pro-housing groups who say the mandates increase the cost of housing & worsen climate change. @e_baldi reported on the story ⤵️
