Employees need right and protection, but so do employers. There are far too many 'fake' claims against employers just because an employee can.
This law is needed. People have the right to be protected, but employers also need protection and they don't have a crystal ball.

I have just finished reading Nelson Mandela’s book ‘A long walk to freedom’. I was in South Africa in ’95 and although I remember a lot of the stuff in the book, so much more happened before I was even born. As a world we have so much to thank him and his friends for.
