He stopped a school shooting. But Kaylub Giamanco can't stop thinking about the children he couldn't save. "I want to apologize for not saving their babies," he told @OPB. A gripping interview about courage, trauma and the weight of being called a hero. opb.org/article/2026/10/23/b…

NEW: The Trump admin is building a network of super-powerful A.I. cameras at the border. But the cameras have been placed near parks, homes and beaches. Already, more than 1 million people live in areas where these cameras can watch them. nytimes.com/interactive/2026…

Update: MVA says they can’t accept my proof of payment and that the city needs to let them know that it was their fault. “They’re one of our worst jurisdictions,” employee tells me, saying people routinely come in with everything in order only to be told the city dropped ball
I contested a parking ticket, got it reduced, paid immediately, then continued to get notices saying I owed full amount. Courts & city pointed finger at each other, saying paperwork hadnt been processed. After 5 months it finally was-but not before MVA imposed administrative flag

BREAKING: Dutch spies hacked Jared Kushner's iPhone and watched him access a Dubai bank account holding hundreds of millions funneled from Azerbaijan, part of at least $2 billion MBS and MBZ placed for him after he promised to push their agenda with Trump, per a Vanity Fair excerpt. "Jared was looking for shortcuts in his diplomacy. He promised MBZ that he'd push their agenda with Trump if they participated in a fund. He wanted normalization with Israel so that business could take off," a source who knew the arrangement said. The money was meant to redraw the region's map and lock in normalization with Israel. Roughly $1 billion of it was deposited in Israel's Central Bank for Kushner, with Netanyahu requiring dual-key approval on any transfers. The two royals initially discussed more than $10 billion for a shared slush fund. That narrowed to roughly $2 billion deposited into accounts Kushner could access, including roughly $750 million at First Abu Dhabi Bank under a UAE charity used as cover for covert operations. The reveal comes as Kushner is deeply involved in Iran war diplomacy, where Iran has accused him and Steve Witkoff of pocketing $9 billion through market manipulation, using insider knowledge of the talks to trade oil futures, energy stocks, and prediction markets.

We sought comment from you before publication. You didn't respond. A tweet almost 24 hours later is not a comment answering our questions.
The @nytimes article by @apoorva_nyc still says HHS “did not provide a comment.” We sent @SecKennedy’s response more than 24 hours ago and asked them to update the story. They haven’t. Readers deserve the full story. Here’s the response the Times has yet to include.

Reporter calls out an error in the indictment. She asks Todd Blanche about how Louise Lucas was helped to get a recreational marijuana license in Virginia when they are not available yet. Blanche has no idea. Big error. I wonder if AI wrote it🤣🤣

So a retired NYPD cop shoots an unarmed Black driver in the head during road rage on the George Washington Bridge, flees, doesn’t call 911, and he’s only charged with manslaughter and not murder? 🤔nypost.com/2026/10/22/us-new…

YouTube really cooked when they came up with "hide user from channel." The person leaving shady comments still feeds your views and impressions with their comments, but I no longer see it, and neither does the audience. Best of both worlds.

They broke Eisenhower’s globe because they didn’t want to wait for a team of specialist historians to move it. I cannot think of a more apt metaphor for Pete Hegseth’s DoD.
EXCLUSIVE: Pete Hegseth wanted Gen. Dwight Eisenhower’s globe for his office. His staff broke it. We have photos.

Police said Jeffrey Sutton rammed Bloomfield, NJ officers with his car before they shot him in 2020. Then cell phone video showed no officer was hit, and the public safety director admitted it. Five years later his federal lawsuit is still waiting on a verdict.
