An opportunity seldom presents itself as an opportunity.
Sometimes it appears in the form of a question or a complaint or a compliment. Other times it is an observation or experience. You have to be looking for or open to an opportunity to recognize it.
I need to check and see if gravity still works.
KFC in the USA is switching from Pepsi back to Coke. First, YUM! Brands sells off Pizza Hut, and now they are allowing KFC to switch to Coke.
Sure Pepsi got Subway from Coke but Subway doesn't move soda like KFC. This is huge.
A coffee and 2 maple donuts, and I am out here acting a fool.
I said it.

Hey @Apple, what we really need is an iPhone with an unlimited blocked phone number list.
How can there be a limit to the number of phone numbers a person can block?
Me: "Are these AI generated questions?"
Them: No what makes you ask?
Me: "Just wondering."
What I really want to say is, "I hope this is AI, because I thought you were smarter than this."
AI does not always make you smarter. It may shows how little a person actually knows.
Okay, you can use AI to make an ad when you have a concept stronger than the technology.

Operation "Southern Pinto Beans" is underway.
Soaked the beans for 24 hours with baking soda to reduce the gas.
Built the stock for the beans by reducing it for 6 hours to intensify the flavor.
Simmering on low for 5+ hours. The goal is to let the broth thicken over time.
Update #1: Apparently soaking the beans has helped to reduce the cook time. The taste is right what I wanted. Must resist the urge to add more peppers. Maybe next time I'll kick up the spice level.
"You know what's kinda of funny? Your book is about crashing a career, and you wrecked 'another' Kickstarter. At least that shows you know what you're talking about." Laughter.
My friends suck.
Yeah, I laughed too.
Thank you to those who supported my Kickstarter. Much love.
When I first opened brown & browner, I bought large cookies jars with our logo engraved on them, and filled them with espresso brownies and blondies that my wife made, and a note that said "for a free refill schedule a meeting."
I passed out 25, got 14 meetings, and 3 clients.
I miss high quality SWAG (Stuff We All Get).
It wasn't always about expensive items, it was about interesting and creative quality items that connected to the giver in a clear way.
I'm biting my tongue until blood squirts from my nose.
Some re so lucky I ain't no snitch. The end of my Kickstarter is near, and 2 orgs, that I've done huge favors, promised support by getting the large rewards are no where to be found. Lesson learn.
