Before it was the Star Wars Trading Post, this corner of Downtown Disney District was the Rainforest Cafe gift shop, with walk-through aquarium columns and an arch full of fish over the doorway.
Rainforest Cafe closed in 2018. In February 2021, the Star Wars Trading Post moved in and turned the space into a hidden jungle Resistance base. Look closely: the curved arch and round columns are still there, now covered sticker decals.

Last meal at Mythos for me.
Starting with the Braised Beef Flatbread appetizer. This could be a full meal! Alas I have to have more things before I go though. Stay tuned
Deconstructed Wagyu Burger (due to cross-contamination with the crispy onions and shellfish concerns) and Brussel Sprouts instead of fries because I’m eating enough carbs already. I absolutely love this and highly suggest the pickled onions over crispy! Stay tuned for dessert!

I made it to rope drop at Islands of Adventure. Crazy to me that only a few select attractions are open for Early Entry. Not complaining. Just an interesting observation that it’s basically HP and Velocicoaster…
Did my goal tonight of 5 houses (plus lagoon show). Completed Cybergoria, HR Bloodngutz, Alien Invasion, Jack and Oddfellow, and Caged Cannibals. Ready for some sleep before round 2 of 4 tomorrow!
