Then you are simply unable to see the woods for the trees. It’s not bursting crackers that is anti-national. What is anti national is the fact that you are contributing to the terrible air pollution. My goodness. No wonder we all can’t breathe. People can’t understand a simple message because they think every statement is about religion. It’s not. It’s about AIR. And children are struggling. So to make it simple for you - it is the irresponsible actions of people that seem to be anti national. To me. And should also be to you. Because it’s your children, everyone’s children irrespective of which religion they belong to., that are suffering. And so are the citizens of this country. I’m assuming that also includes you.
.@Soni_Razdan is Ranbir’s mom-in-law. The irony is that Ranbir is playing Ram, whose return to Ayodhya is celebrated as Deepawali, when people light diyas N burst crackers. Yet she says bursting crackers on Diwali is anti-life, anti-health and above all, “anti-national.” Really!

NOTE: The BMC pulls down actor @deespeak Dia Mirza’s eco-friendly Diwali video after protests by local BJP and Shiv Sena leaders, but retains similar videos featuring Ajinkya Rahane, Madhuri Dixit and Nishigandha Wad. So what exactly is the objection? A ‘no firecrackers’ Diwali message from the local authority, or Dia Mirza delivering it? Is religion becoming the criterion for deciding who can promote an eco-friendly Diwali? And what happened to the inclusive, cosmopolitan Mumbai we grew up and still take such pride in?

The Nobel Peace Prize for 2026 was awarded to Navanethem “Navi” Pillay for her efforts to promote peace and international law. Born into a family of Indian Tamil origin under apartheid in Durban, South Africa, Pillay became a lawyer and legal pioneer, confronting deep structural discrimination, segregation and exclusion. A common thread runs from her early work defending Nelson Mandela and others who stood up against apartheid to her service as a judge in some of the key international court cases of our time. Pillay has held states and national leaders accountable and brought hope to victims of violence and conflict. In this call with the Norwegian Nobel Committee shortly after the announcement, Pillay said the prize is a recognition for all jurists who work with international law nobelprize.org/prizes/peace/…

Healthfrauds, I will skip your AI generated slop response and come straight to the points raised on so-called P32 Wellness nonsense founded by celebrity cricketer, Yuvraj Sigh. Wear your helmets and seat belts. This will feel like an educational crash and thrashing, because you cons deserve it. Your statement - “Dr Philips, we will skip the insults and answer the science.” Oh really? You want to skip what was deserving for you health con and want to address the imaginary? Sure, I can play this game. Lets science. Your statement – “Unlike your argument, Protocol32 is NOT for anyone with cancer, we NEVER claimed it. It is for healthy adults, especially vegetarians who run short on B12, DHA and creatine.” So why is your product not just B12, DHA and creatine? But a mumbo jumbo mix of more than 30 other components? The other responses you made are like farts in a wind tunnel, they are just critiques of the paper I posted, which means you have no clue about the papers I did not post on the same topic. This is a shoddy way to do healthcare business. But then let me address few other really wonderfully ignorant and health illiteracy proving statements of yours below. Your statement – “Liver NIH LiverTox rates bacopa and boswellia E, unlikely to cause liver injury. Curcumin and ashwagandha carry a real but very rare risk. Our booklet says so in print, and members get ALT and GGT tested on day 1 and day 90, for subscribers its paid by us. You say 13 of our ingredients carry toxicity risks. Name them, with the dose at which each harm was found, and we will answer each one in public.” This must be your best-worst proof that you all do “science”. You should have taken the insult, taken the L and stopped doing more harm to your product which was already dead to begin with for “whatever wellness”. The herbs cited carry risks, some risks are larger and known, some smaller – category E (as you mentioned) – unlikely to cause liver injury – BECAUSE THOSE WERE THE ONLY ONES REPORTED AND PUBLISHED THERE IN THE USA (see Bacopa series in India and new ones being reported) – this does not confirm that the botanical is safe on its own, or that it is safe when used together with other botanicals! Herb-induced injury is idiosyncratic (meaning no dose or duration is required and liver toxicity can happen in few hours to few days and even after years of use). You do not even know this basic and is calling me out on “name them, with the dose at which each harm was found, and we will answer each one in public” – man you guys are really dumb and you are selling a health product? GET OUT OF HERE. Child, or whoever non-medical is trying to respond to me on science on Twitter, you should have been aware of the fact that multiple botanicals in the same product increases risk of organ toxicity. Take the example of curcumin and green tea. Damage with curcumin + green tea is far worse for the person than either alone (medscape.com/viewarticle/tur…)... ...and you have more than 8 active herbal/botanical extracts; or 11 if also counting the 2 plant-derived carriers in your product AND is going to be the most dangerous wellness product in the Indian market right now. You have ZERO data to disprove my points. You statement – “Protocol32 is taken every day for years, while most of these trials ran for weeks or months, so we set maintenance amounts, not treatment doses. We do not claim a trial result at a dose the trial did not test. Every one of the 32 ingredients is on the FSSAI permitted list, within its FSSAI limit.” You have ZERO trials ongoing, done or published to showcase the benefits or objectify the actual harm from this product. FSSAI’s limit does not mean it is a safe limit that can be used on people at population scale. FSSAI will give a stamp & seal in any case because it is Yuvraj’s face on the product and only looks at good manufacturing pracitces - their approval is for a clean factory, not what the product can do to people. Dont be so naiive. Do you think the scientific and public community in India are that stupid? You think you can do this and get away with the con? Your statement – “Many brands hide their doses in a proprietary blend. We print every dose, form and specification, and even what the raw material costs us. We did that so any doctor could check our work and question it. We welcome that. A clinical trial of Protocol32 is under way, and we will publish the results, whatever they show. Some of your points are fair. Where we can do better, we will.” So basically, you have no idea about what your product does. Protocol 32 does not have a public Clinical Trials Registry - India (CTRI) registration lookup ID, but your product is already commercially available through paid endorsement and invitation. You want to do better? STOP LYING. There is no clinical trial underway - it had to be a prospective trial and HAS TO BE registered, which right now, seems to be hiding behind the bushes on the internet. Care to show us the proof of registration? You want to really do better? Throw the damn product off your shelves and give that money to help the Government build better roads, provide better facilities in public transports, build bridges that will connect underserved communities to basic healthcare, promote meal programs in school to help children fight protein malnutrition, and help clean our rivers. Idiots.
Replying to @theliverdoc
Dr Philips, we will skip the insults and answer the science. Unlike your argument, Protocol32 is NOT for anyone with cancer, we NEVER claimed it. It is for healthy adults, especially vegetarians who run short on B12, DHA and creatine. Our answers are below, with the source links in the four images. --- IMAGE 1: Cancer We agree with the study you linked. Johnson et al. in JAMA Oncology 2018 found that the extra deaths came from patients refusing or delaying standard treatment. No supplement should ever replace cancer treatment, and anyone on any medicine should show their doctor our label first. The cancer paper you linked flags B6, B12, zinc and vitamin E only at many times our dose. It does not discuss NAC, vitamin C or astaxanthin. Yuvraj beat cancer with chemotherapy. Since 2012 his foundation, YouWeCan, has screened over 1.4 lakh people for cancer and paid for hospital treatment for children whose families could not afford it. --- IMAGE 2: Liver NIH LiverTox rates bacopa and boswellia E, unlikely to cause liver injury. Curcumin and ashwagandha carry a real but very rare risk. Our booklet says so in print, and members get ALT and GGT tested on day 1 and day 90, for subscribers its paid by us. You say 13 of our ingredients carry toxicity risks. Name them, with the dose at which each harm was found, and we will answer each one in public. --- IMAGE 3/4: Evidence behind all 32 19 have a randomised controlled trial behind them, 6 a pooled analysis of trials, and 1 a controlled feeding study. 6 have no trial at our dose, and we say so. Nine sit at or near their trial dose. The rest are lower on purpose. Protocol32 is taken every day for years, while most of these trials ran for weeks or months, so we set maintenance amounts, not treatment doses. We do not claim a trial result at a dose the trial did not test. Every one of the 32 ingridents is on the FSSAI permitted list, within its FSSAI limit. --- Why We Publish Everything Many brands hide their doses in a proprietary blend. We print every dose, form and specification, and even what the raw material costs us. We did that so any doctor could check our work and question it. We welcome that. A clinical trial of Protocol32 is under way, and we will publish the results, whatever they show. Some of your points are fair. Where we can do better, we will. Everything is at protocol32.com

This is in very bad faith Yuvraj. You are a good cricketer, you are a strong human, a cancer survivor. But you are an absolute health and science illiterate. People like you and your business of bad science deeply damages science literacy and public health in our society. It is a pathetic. You can be powerful allies for cancer patients and oncology societies and use your voice to educate people on evidence-based preventative care and direct cancer patients towards science-based care for improved survival outcomes. But instead, you chose to team up with unethical businessmen - some with long degrees, lengthy certifications and in high positions without any functioning brain cell - and among them, one of the worst "health" influencers on the internet right now, the so-called cancer surgeon Arpit Bansal who is a pseudoscience sympathizer, an Ayurveda apologist and quite similar to Luke Coutinho, but with actual medical degrees wasted. Know this first: Cancer patients who use alternative medicine die sooner, study finds - nbcnews.com/health/health-ne… Now coming to your product - P32 Among the 32 listed ingredients with 35+ distinct compounds in them, 13 carry documented risks of organ toxicity, mineral toxicity, capable of causing/promoting atherosclerosis inducing toxin generation, and with high rates of toxic environmental contamination. Four ingredients - Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Curcumin and Boswellia are among the most frequently implicated botanicals in liver injury in LiverTox registries. When they come together, it is going to be disastrous. medpagetoday.com/gastroenter… - The person who designed this complex formulation is really a clown. Nearly all 30 active ingredients in this 32-ingredient supplement lack solid scientific proof for the health benefits promised on the label. First, the company's own chart admits that eight ingredients have no gold-standard human trials behind them - two are just inactive fillers, and six rely on weaker data or are added only for safety, yet are still marketed as multi-organ boosters. At least 11 ingredients are "fairy-dusted," meaning the sachet contains only a tiny fraction of the daily dose actually proven to work in human studies. High-level clinical and translational evidence demonstrates that several components in this sachet can actually increase cancer risk or accelerate tumor progression in healthy adults: Vitamin E (prostate cancer), combined folic acid+B12 (lung and colon cancer) and NAC, Vit E, Vit C, Astaxanthin (increase risk of cancer spread). See this paper: Supplement Use and Increased Risks of Cancer: Unveiling the Other Side of the Coin - pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… Finally, the product stretches basic science by assuming that because a nutrient deficiency harms certain organs, taking extra amounts will supercharge those same organs in healthy adults who already get enough nutrients. Your product is absolute BS just like the whole of herbal and dietary supplement industry is. Have some shame selling this nonsense to public and people with cancer. I hope nobody accepts your stupid invite.
My second innings starts now. In 2011, I played the World Cup with cancer. Nobody knew. Neither did I. Now I take my daily health very seriously. So should entire India. Most Indians who take supplements take one, two or three. That isn’t enough to run the body. So we built Protocol32: 32 FSSAI-approved supplements, in the right quantities for an average Indian, working together to run 13 chains in the body. One sachet a day, mixed in water or milk. Co-formulated with Dr. Anurag Agrawal and Dr. Arpit Bansal. Built with Prashant Pitti and Prasad C P. Made in Bangalore. Swipe through to see every supplement, every dose and every chain. Protocol32 is invite only. The first batch is only a few hundred people, and we’re starting with fitness, health and nutrition creators, doctors, dietitians, entrepreneurs and celebrities.
