"While many discussions of “equitable partnership” are valuable, they often remain aspirational and fail to generate concrete action on the deeper structural barriers to equity"

At the @devcomms #DSA 2026 Conference, CAPED shared insights from our work across India, contributing to the global conversation on strengthening health systems.
Our key message was simple :- Viewing Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) through a cervical cancer lens adds a layer of protection and awareness across a woman's life-from HPV vaccination in adolescence to screening up to the age of 65-extending beyond her reproductive years.
This approach integrates prevention into primary healthcare, enabling earlier outreach, stronger referral pathways, better patient navigation, and improved access to HPV vaccination through public health partnerships, helping build more equitable and sustainable health systems.
