1. Pick a primary & secondary speciality: writing, video, conference speaking, education, community or DX (SDKs, tooling, etc)
2. Consistently produce those on a schedule. Weekly is ideal otherwise whatever works for you

The ultimate truth!
Please don't become a Devrel just for the travel part. This role is much more than that and it can often get very exhausting.
On my 10 day trip to Japan, I did Hotel - Hackathon - Conference - Hotel.
Whenever we are traveling, it is for helping devs 🛠️.
As a #DevRel practitioner, if my company sponsors travel to an event, it can be to:
- Build partnerships
- Network
- Educate (myself/audience)
- Evaluate sponsorships
- Promote our brand
