@sony_india 12 days gone. My ₹1.31L Bravia 5 65" (65XR55A) is still lying packed exactly like this because remote sensor was dead on installation day.

Ok problem is solved, but only after 3 days long wait... we r using jio fiber for viewing tv, our kids r using for online classes / school periodic tests. You don't think ur services are so poor that you can't even resolve within 24 hrs if not in few hrs???

it's been third day running, and you guys can't resolve the issue due to unavailability of engineer (complaint no. SR000015LXYQ). What a shame! you can't compete with airtel xtreme in Delhi...forget!
