“Editors are cooked” is just a meme.
It’s one of the biggest lies fed by gen AI corps to get you to buy a subscription.
Ask any high-growth SaaS. They spend hundreds of thousands to hire talent that can make polarising film.
Yes, low-quality video is getting disrupted. That’s the lowest common denominator.
Film that grabs the attention of millions is carefully crafted by a team that can tell stories on brand, for the right audience.
I’ve been on calls with creators all week, and I realised most editors are sitting on an untapped goldmine.
I can’t spoil it yet. But if you’re a cracked creator who wants to level up and become one of the highest-paid creators in the next 30 days, book a call with me. I’ll share the whole vision.
Trust me, it’ll blow your mind 👇
I stopped larping and actually started distribution:
The result:
23 calls booked (so far) over two weeks.
4 new paid users
2 real creators posting content to my target audience (33k views)
And as I write this my @bot confirmed 2 more calls.
Here's how you distribute in 2026 👇
X has some of the best creatives, marketers and builders in the space.
@MitcheIl one of the best launch guys in the space gave me free feedback on my launch video and taught me a lot about video
@ryangrowthh is a veteran marketer that helped me distil my content playbook and set me up for success
@mariannehere Had an awesome chat. It inspired me to build partnerships and community in the space
@noironx OG storyteller that's working with me to help distribute Videngineer, also brings in so many people in this community
@notmiramurati Humble but OG partnerships guy that's building one of the best GTM platforms out there, actually stealing his partnerships playbook
My point is that X not the only platform you're going to grow your business on, definitely not if you're starting from scratch.
Sure, there are a lot of people finding good success here, but if you're a newbie, you're better off starting out on other platforms.
You're better off using X primarily as a networking platform to build your network and move up the social hierarchy before you can make big moves on your

I've been testing out Agentic Canvas, and oh my god, this is a game changer!
So far, all the videos you see, I'm making them through my canvas board, fully agentic.
By the way, it's not just AI footage.
1. Upload real-world footage
2. use a reference(s) or folders of winning videos
3. Connect the VE MCP
4. Send your script.
The last bit, I recommend to avoid Slop!
5. Let Opus 5.5 run on extra high (dont bother with max) pair it with agentic video editor like @Palmier_io or davinci
6. Come back every few hours and give it a fine tuning prompt.
Voila, you now have agentic video! 🧑🍳💋
Stop living in the timeline.
Today we're introducing Agentic Canvas.
Give your agent videos that already worked, fully broken down. Plus your own footage, and watch as it cooks while you go on and live - in the real world!
Watch as claude remakes @openai astra launch video🧵
So glad to see real filmmakers using VidEngineer and winning big!
VidEngineer gives your agents and yourself, of course, the power to create storyboards from winning videos.
You can then take these storyboards, plug them into your own footage, and have your agent use Opus 5.5 to assemble a pretty much production-ready video.
This is how I've been automating 80% of my video editing process, because before you even hit the timeline, you want to have everything laid out.
The only bottleneck is the script and the concept. If you use @WisprFlow, you just talk and describe your video.
Voilà, you have now automated video without losing its soul.
as a cinematic creator who shotlists/mood board
this tek just saved me a couple of bucks
from expensive subscription apps haha
i cant thank @videngineer_HQ enough
I'm looking for 20 creators to join videngineer, 100% comped by me.
I'm going to show you a system that's going to add a minimum of 2x revenue over the next 30 days.
Book a call below 👇

I built a scheduling tool, but I won't release it, because Im not going to build a community around it.
Im obssesed with video, not growth.
And the only reason I built it is so I can tailor it to distribute videngineer individually.
Anyone can hack their way to an "internal" solution, but making it production grade, and then enterprise grade?
Thats a completely different ball game.
Unless, you have a team like @tibo_maker I wouldnt bother building too many tools.
Hot take: video creators should embrace the power of AI.
In my case, I don't use AI to replace me, but I use it to amplify my videos by doing things that I otherwise would need to spend a lot of resources on, like making motion graphics, CGI.
I usually use it for unserious, funny comedic, action amplifiers.
Use AI as a meme!
Dear X,
Connect me with crack creators that turn any video into polarising films.
I'm looking to build a cult of video creators on Discord.
Im growing a cult of cracked filmmakers!
The past 7 days have been absolutely mental, I announced I would get 100 users in 30 days, and my entire mindset has shifted towards distribution.
All of a sudden, I sensed this form of accountability to hold up to my bold claim.
And that's exactly what I've been doing: thinking about distribution, just distribution.
Somewhere in all that, I found @noironx, a filmmaker I’ve been studying.
I reached out and showed him the product.
He loved it, and his feedback opened up a whole different perspective.
I realised, I need to connect with more creators!
And that’s exactly what I did.
Every day since, I’ve been on calls with creators and filmmakers, sharing my vision, and if they get it, sharing acess to VidEngineer.
So far we have 11 cracked video creators that have joined the community!
The full story drops tomorrow.
The thing about the Papercut animation is authenticity.
You don't need to claim that it's real because it's not.
People know it's generated art, but its a feel-good, whimsical vibe which makes users relaxed vs suspicious.
There are no SD face ID issues, and no expensive frontier model needed.
You can just use a base-level model, which doesn't cost so much, and scale.
Gonna try this across all my accounts, especially Pinterest.
Let you know how it goes
It's crazy: just 48 hours from releasing this,
I've got so much interest.
My calendar is booked throughout the week, and I've started to learn how to make this super cool format called paper cut.
Unlike photorealisic, which sometimes comes off as unauthentic.
Papercut animations are super cool, super hip, and, more importantly, very cheap to scale.
I'm testing out multiple videos and multiple formats with this method, and ofc I'm going to release the guide very soon
Just wrapped up a call with a cracked motion graphics guy.
At just 22, he's built a video agency working with YC-backed startups on some amazing launch videos.
Check him out!
One week in, and we have 10 filmmakers in Discord!
This might not be a big number, but these are people that are OG filmmakers that validate Videngineer, and some of them are already making awesome content around VE.
I couldn't ask for more!
Biggest win so far has been @noironx from 🇵🇭
He not only validated my product but he is making awesome videos around how he uses videngineer.
And bringing in some beta users to come test the product.
I just had a call with @krpisoweb3 a veteran video grapher based in 🇷🇴 who Im sure will make rad content for VE.
And some newcomers Im excited to talk with:
@donutgrillfish and @nikkideyy and @heylaxxy
Next week: I got a call with @vikpat from @heyclicky, whom Im super excited to talk with and perhaps figure out an angle to bring in HeyClicky into the video ecosystem.
Making history everyday!!!
P.S @covacut wen are you joining us :)
This.
In video it's not just about learning how to use AI, clicking, pushing buttons, and hoping for the best.
You need to build a system.
Yes, Claude is amazing at helping you as an assistant, but without the right infrastructure, you'll be burned out with all the drift.
The best free investment you can make right now, in this era, is learning AI.
Not just using one tool and calling it a day.
Actually study everything that's in the radar.
Figure out what each one is ridiculously good at.
Test the outputs. See which ones actually give you something usable.
Then narrow everything down into your own little stack.
bcoz once you understand what each tool can do, you can start combining them into workflows that solve very specific problems.
and that's where I think things get spicy.
u can take those skills and start looking for companies, SaaS products, agencies, or literally any business with a problem you know how to solve.
u don't need to know every AI tool. You need to know what they can do altogether.
automation is everything nowadays
