President Trump signed the GENIUS Act into law to reshore innovation, reassert dollar dominance, and cement America’s leadership in digital assets. @USComptroller Jonathan Gould discussed the OCC’s final rule to implement this historic legislation and create a federal framework around payment stablecoins from the floor of the @NYSE as the Trump Administration propels American capital markets into the future.

Money is moving onto open rails. The world sent $900B in remittances last year and paid an average of 6.4 percent to do it. Institutions now expect 5 to 10 percent of global payments to run on onchain rails by 2030. But a payment rail is only worth building on if the network underneath it will still be running in 20 years, and if there is a real economy moving across it. There are more than a 1,000 blockchains and 55M tokens. Fewer than a dozen networks are reliable enough to support the future onchain economy, and the ways to own them at scale are limited. @LiteStrategy is the largest public company holder of one of the oldest and most reliable digital networks, making it uniquely positioned to capitalize on this shift. We just reported our FY 2026 results, the first full year operating as a Litecoin treasury company. This was the year we built the base. We deployed $100M into Litecoin with institutional custody alongside professional management through @GSR_io Strategies, then launched a covered call program ahead of schedule. Those proceeds, together with the strategic utilization of our Litecoin balance, let us monetize our discount to NAV and put more Litecoin behind every share through the buyback. We also led the first institutional investment into @LitecoinVM, the layer bringing smart contract capability to Litecoin. As we move into our first full year of DAT operations, we anticipate that our focus will be on accretive buybacks, expanded yield opportunities, lower operational costs and cash burn, while continuing to evaluate strategic opportunities to expand Litecoin’s utility and growth of the Litecoin ecosystem. Payments. Privacy. Hard money.
Lite Strategy FY 2026 financial results are in. Key highlights: - $100M deployed into LTC, holding 832,716 $LTC as of June 30, 2026, over 1% of all Litecoin ever mined, making it the largest public company holder of Litecoin - $1.0M strategic investment led into LitVM, the first zero-knowledge Layer 2 on Litecoin - 6.4M shares repurchased, or 17% of shares outstanding, halving the discount to NAV from 40% to the low 20% - $930k proceeds generated from its covered call program Closing the FY at $42.7M in total assets, with no outstanding debt The objective for FY 2027 is continuing to grow LTC per share through active treasury management. Digital asset treasury capital has concentrated heavily in Bitcoin, leaving one of the longest-operating and lowest cost payment networks underrepresented relative to its fifteen-year record. Regulatory clarity is closing that gap, and @LitecoinVM broadens Litecoin's utility beyond payments. Lite Strategy offers institutional capital direct access to that opportunity, a regulated, liquid, publicly traded vehicle without the custody complexity of holding the asset. As an investor in the network itself, the Company benefits as adoption of Litecoin expands, an alignment passive vehicles cannot offer. With a full fiscal year of operating record and no outstanding debt, the next phase is direct engagement with banking partners, analysts and allocators. Payments. Privacy. Hard money.

Lite Strategy announces the repurchase of 4.9M shares since the start of our Share Repurchase Program in December 2025, and we did it with no debt and no dilution. Our stock has traded well below the value of the $LTC behind it, and we refused to sit passively on this gap. At our NAV levels, repurchasing shares is among the highest conviction capital allocation decisions available to the Company, and it reflects an alignment between market conditions and long-term stockholder interests. Using the proceeds from our treasury to repurchase these deeply discounted shares has effectively allowed us to monetize the discount, and in return, it leaves more Litecoin behind each remaining share. That is what prudent and disciplined active treasury management produces.
NEW: Lite Strategy has repurchased 13% of $LITS shares outstanding since the start of its Share Repurchase Program in December 2025. Highlights through July 17, 2026: → Shares repurchased: 4.9M at a $1.11 weighted-average price → Capital deployed: $5.4M, funded entirely through active treasury operations → NAV discount: narrowed from the low 40% range to below 25% → Holdings: 819,070 LTC against 31,882,648 shares, and no debt When $LITS trades below NAV, retiring shares converts that discount into more Litecoin behind every remaining share, with no leverage and no dilution. THE ACTIVE LAYER. Ok, so people often ask me why we're relevant when LTCC is around. The honest answer is that we're not competing with it. LTCC is great for Litecoin, it opens the doors for pension funds and 401(k)s to invest in LTC, and every dollar that goes into the ETF backs the same asset we hold on our balance sheet. It's important to note that the TWO structures have DIFFERENT purposes. An ETF gives clean spot exposure, which is a great fit for allocators who just want the asset. On the other hand, what we do differently is actively hold Litecoin and make STRATEGIC decisions with it, managing the treasury to grow the $LTC behind every share over time. So think about it this way: anyone can HOLD an asset and sit on it, but the real work is deciding what to do with it, and that's the layer we're built for. Some investors really want that active management layer on their exposure, and our job at Lite Strategy is to make the active layer worth holding.

We, at Lite Strategy, just led a $1M strategic investment in @LitecoinVM, the first zero-knowledge Layer 2 built on Litecoin. Over a long enough horizon, what makes a treasury asset valuable is whether it keeps getting more useful. A programmable layer is how we make sure Litecoin does. This investment allows us to work closely with LitVM on further development opportunities that keep moving the Litecoin ecosystem forward. What matters most to me is that alignment, supporting the app developers and other teams building on the platform. The reason is that capital alone doesn't build an ecosystem, it takes someone willing to show up for the people doing the work. Greater utility supports organic demand for the asset we hold, and a stronger treasury supports capital raises designed to grow Litecoin per share. The LitVM team is building something Litecoin has needed. Good to be in it with them, and to have a hand in where it goes. Welcome to DAT 3.0.
Lite Strategy led a $1M strategic investment in @LitecoinVM, the first zero-knowledge Layer 2 built on Litecoin. LitVM brings smart contracts, decentralized finance, and real-world asset tokenization to the Litecoin network. The deal was structured as a SAFE at a $50M post-money cap plus a Token Warrant for up to 2% of LitVM's supply at launch, with governance rights and a seat on its Strategic Advisory Committee. This investment keeps us aligned with development on the network and lets us build alongside ecosystem developers and partners to grow the Litecoin ecosystem. As it matures, we anticipate a programmable layer on Litecoin can make every token in our treasury more productive. That productivity is the first turn of a larger flywheel: as Litecoin's utility grows, so does organic demand for the asset, and a stronger treasury supports accretive capital raises that grow $LTC per share. Each turn of that loop compounds durable value for our shareholders.

A college-set romantic drama, @offcampusonpv, hit #1 globally on @PrimeVideo within days of release. What's more impressive is that it was renewed for Season 2 before a single episode even aired. "Ok, G, but what does this have to do with tech marketing?" Well... everything! 🧵

.@ETHCluj, you have my heart. Grateful and honered to have moderated one of the stages, and to @SimonaSerban_, @catalin_balut and the entire team for trusting me with it. The best part of it? The people. We’ve spent so long optimizing events for scale that we forgot the real connections are being built when the curation is right. And god, it felt good to be in a room full of friends and people that genuinely want to learn from each other, not a room full of people that are there only to pitch. More events like this please. Until next year 🤍
