🚨 WOW! STEPHEN MILLER: "How did we end up with 60 senators in the first place in 2008 to pass Obamacare?! Because Democrats rigged the ALASKA ELECTION then with a fake case against then-Senator Ted Stevens. There is a HISTORY here where Alaska Democrats have tried corruptly to steal the vote of the Alaskan people." 🤯 "To lie so casually, so repeatedly, so comfortably, it's generally SOCIOPATHIC! And they lied again and again and again and again when everyone knows the truth. The only reason that Dan Sullivan has a fake Dan, a decoy Dan running against him is because Democrats orchestrated it." @StephenM This is the same thing they want now. Steal the seat, throw their own operatives under the bus, throw up their hands and say, "oh well, the seat is still blue!" and expect us to forget SEE THROUGH IT AND VOTE FOR DAN S. SULLIVAN (incumbent Senator)!

COKE -vs- Orange Juice (Natural sugar?) One side of this image came from high fructose corn syrup. The other came from orange juice. Can you spot the very subtle differences? (HINT: There isn't one) It's the same fructose and the same glucose, and your liver handles them the same way no matter what the carton says. Calling it natural doesn't change the chemistry. If you're trying to get your blood sugar and your liver fat down, the juice has to go too.

BREAKING: 44 members of Congress, led by @RepMaryMiller, have signed onto a letter DEMANDING that the national census ONLY count American CITIZENS and NOT illegal aliens. This 100% needs to happen. Illegal aliens are not Americans. Counting them dilutes the voice of the American people. This is how Democrats cheat

Zia Yusuf brilliantly explains why freedom of movement is a terrible in the present climate. No need to worry about dinghies anymore, because people from God knows where, will arrive by Eurostar instead and completely legally. Meanwhile left-wing members of the Question Time audience simply shake their heads. .... @ZiaYusufUK

😳 Extraordinary Bust-Up: Zia Yusuf vs Fiona Bruce in Fiery BBC Audience Bias Row! Zia Yusuf just went head-to-head with Fiona Bruce in a heated clash over Question Time audience bias and he refused to back down! After only 4 hands went up for Reform (rising to just 8 on a recount), Zia said: “This is interesting given that Reform is averaging 28% in the polls.” He called it “no way close to representative.” Fiona pushed back, saying there’s more than that in the audience but they’re just not putting their hands up. Zia fired straight back: “Ok. We’ll all just have to take the BBC’s word for that.” Fiona insisted: “We are scrupulous making sure that our audience is politically representative.” Zia doubled down: “And we all just have to take the BBC’s word for that.” Fiona, clearly annoyed: “Well I’m certainly not lying about it!” Zia stood his ground: “Fiona, with respect, where’s the evidence for that? You just made an important claim, you appealed to authority, which is the BBC, so you should believe us, but where’s the evidence for it?” Fiona replied that everybody is checked, questioned and interviewed before they are picked, but “not everyone wants to put their hand up and show their political allegiance on national television.” Zia wasn’t convinced: “Ok. Which is why I just said we’ve got to take the BBC’s word for it which you agree with.” Fiona’s last word: “And I’m happy to do so.” You may be happy to do so Fiona but Zia and millions more are not. We don’t trust the BBC one bit. I’m glad Zia called this out and refused to back down.

Russia approved a nasal spray that REPAIRS THE BRAIN in 1994. The West STILL hasn't heard of it. It's called Semax. Your brain needs a protein called BDNF to keep building connections. Bad sleep and inflammation drop it. That's why you felt sharper at 20. That's why you reread the same paragraph three times. in one Russian study, tired people took it after 8-hour shifts. The next morning they got 71% right on a memory test. The group that didn't take it got 41%. In rats it triples the signal the brain uses to make BDNF. (PMID: 16996037) Russia keeps it on their essential drugs list with insulin. In 110 stroke patients it kept blood BDNF up for months. (PMID: 29798983) I use it before deep work. I'm not telling you to. Outside Russia it's sold as a research chemical. here they'd just give you Adderall lol. If your focus is worse every year, it won't fix itself.

19-year-old Harley Purdue was a kind and gentle young man living in Chatham, Kent, England. His family remembered him as a smart and loving young man whose life was only beginning. Harley was preparing to become a father. His girlfriend, Hazel Gadsden, was pregnant, and the young couple had a future to look forward to together. But in the early hours of December 2, 2025, that future was tragically taken away. At approximately 2:40 a.m., Harley was asleep beside his pregnant girlfriend when his housemate, 18-year-old Eritrean migrant Musa Salih, knocked on their bedroom door. Salih claimed there was a dead mouse in the basement toilet and asked Harley to help him. Still half-asleep, Harley got out of bed wearing only his boxer shorts and wrapped in a blanket, unaware that he was walking into a trap. Salih intended to lock Harley inside the basement toilet so he could steal money from his bedroom. When Harley resisted being locked inside, a struggle broke out, and Salih stabbed him eight times, including a devastating wound that penetrated his lung and heart. Hearing the commotion, Harley's pregnant girlfriend rushed downstairs and found him gravely wounded and bleeding heavily. She desperately tried to protect him, grabbing a kitchen knife as Salih threatened them. Emergency services were called, but Harley's injuries were too severe. He was pronounced dead at the scene before 4 a.m. On October 15, 2026, Salih, now 19, was found guilty of Harley's murder at Maidstone Crown Court. He is due to be sentenced on November 4. Harley was just 19 years old. He never got the chance to hold his baby, watch his child grow up, or experience the family life that awaited him. His girlfriend lost the man she loved, his family lost a cherished son, and his unborn child was deprived of a father. Rest in peace, Harley. 🕊️

Adam Carolla says it took 10 DAYS before he heard about the concealed carry dad who ran into his daughters’ elementary school and took down the shooter. He thought about it, and he knows exactly why it didn’t get more airtime. “IT F*CKS UP EVERY THEME THEY HAVE ABOUT GUN OWNERSHIP.” CAROLLA: “That was the first time I’ve ever seen a picture of this guy [Kaylub Giamanco], heard him talk.” “He says, ‘I didn’t save enough kids, and I’m sorry to the parents of the kids who I couldn’t save.’ And now he can’t sleep at night because he can still hear the screams of the children begging for their lives.” This man should be a household name. A national hero. But as Carolla explains, his story wrecks the picture of gun owners the media wants in your head. “The theme of the dad who wanted to protect his kids ... and put an end to this school shooter is NOT a theme they like.” “MSNBC, CNN, LA Times, THEY HATE THIS STORY.” Daniel Penny, meanwhile? CAROLLA: “That guy is everywhere because they love the theme of a blonde-haired guy choking out a black guy.” When a story doesn’t fit the narrative, you never hear about it. When it does, it’s all you hear about.

In fact, they sued us to stop us from removing illegal aliens from the voter rolls, removing non-citizens from the voter rolls. But that’s not the only thing. They don’t even want to get dead people off the rolls. They don’t want to get felons off the rolls. They don’t want to get out-of-state voters off the rolls. They don’t want to get double and triple voters out of the count. Because they want the fraud."
Stephen Miller: “At the beginning of this administration, we asked every state, red and blue, to share with us their voter rolls so we could scrub it against the DHS file of illegal aliens to remove illegal aliens from their voter rolls. Every blue state refused. California refused. Minnesota refused. New York refused. In fact, they sued us to stop us from removing illegal aliens from the voter rolls, removing non-citizens from the voter rolls. But that’s not the only thing. They don’t want to get double and triple voters out of the count. Because they want the fraud. This is the most important issue, Sean, because the Biden administration brought 20 million illegal aliens into this country and this is the way, the only way, to keep them from participating in our sacred democratic process.”

WOW 🚨 The first Muslim Palestinian woman to serve in the Georgia House is already breaking our laws Democrat Ruwa Romman solicited funds during the legislative session by having people postdate their checks and postdate their donations. This violates Georgia law because it says when you're in a session under OCGA 21-535 that you can't have anyone contribute to your campaign. You can’t even have them pledge, but she did it anyway Get this, I looked more into it and while doing it she said: “You can write checks dated for after April 3rd to Ruwa for State Senate — and then we can collect those after session, when session is over, inshallah” An archived version of her campaign site from when the legislature was still in session also promoted pledges This same woman previously served as communications director for CAIR-Georgia She also canvassed for Zohran Mamdani’s New York mayoral campaign and attended events around his primary victory Foreigners should not be allowed to serve in US Government

BREASTMILK She thought she was studying milk. What she uncovered was a conversation. In 2008, evolutionary anthropologist Katie Hinde was working in a primate research lab in California, analyzing breast milk from rhesus macaque mothers. She had hundreds of samples and thousands of data points. Everything looked ordinary—until one pattern refused to go away. Mothers raising sons produced milk richer in fat and protein. Mothers raising daughters produced a larger volume with different nutrient balances. It was consistent. Repeatable. And deeply uncomfortable for the scientific consensus. Colleagues suggested error. Noise. Statistical coincidence. But Katie trusted the data. And the data pointed to a radical idea. Milk is not just nutrition. It is information. For decades, biology treated breast milk as simple fuel. Calories in. Growth out. But if milk were only calories, why would it change depending on the sex of the baby? Katie kept digging. Across more than 250 mothers and over 700 sampling events, the story grew more complex. Younger, first-time mothers produced milk with fewer calories but significantly higher levels of cortisol—the stress hormone. The babies who drank it grew faster. They were also more alert, more cautious, more anxious. Milk wasn’t just building bodies. It was shaping behavior. Then came the discovery that changed everything. When a baby nurses, microscopic amounts of saliva flow back into the breast. That saliva carries biological signals about the infant’s immune system. If the baby is getting sick, the mother’s body detects it. Within hours, the milk changes. White blood cells surge. Macrophages multiply. Targeted antibodies appear. When the baby recovers, the milk returns to baseline. This was not coincidence. It was call and response. A biological dialogue refined over millions of years. Invisible—until someone thought to listen. As Katie reviewed existing research, she noticed something unsettling. There were twice as many scientific studies on erectile dysfunction as on breast milk composition. The first food every human consumes. The substance that shaped our species. Largely ignored. So she did something bold. She launched a blog with a deliberately provocative name: Mammals Suck Milk. It exploded. Over a million readers in its first year. Parents. Doctors. Scientists. People asking questions research had skipped. The discoveries kept coming. Milk changes by time of day. Foremilk differs from hindmilk. Human milk contains over 200 oligosaccharides babies can’t digest—because they exist to feed beneficial gut bacteria. Every mother’s milk is biologically unique. In 2017, Katie brought this work to a TED stage. In 2020, it reached a global audience through Netflix’s Babies. Today, at Arizona State University’s Comparative Lactation Lab, she continues reshaping how medicine understands infant development, neonatal care, formula design, and public health. The implications are staggering. Milk has been evolving for more than 200 million years—longer than dinosaurs walked the Earth. What we once dismissed as simple nourishment is one of the most sophisticated communication systems biology has ever produced. Katie Hinde didn’t just study milk. She revealed that nourishment is intelligence. A living, responsive system shaping who we become before we ever speak. All because one scientist refused to accept that half the story was “measurement error.” Sometimes the biggest revolutions begin by listening to what everyone else ignores.

Nou pa gen okenn enterè ni pou nou vin domine pèp ayisyen an, ni pou nou mete men sou richès Ayiti. Nou se yon peyi modès k ap devlope. Sèl sa nou vle, se pou kat teknisyen avyasyon nou yo tounen lakay yo. Epi n ap bay gang yo yon leson, gang sa yo k ap fè pèp ayisyen an soufri, ki touye moun pèp la renmen yo, k ap anpeche l viv yon lavi nòmal, lib, san laperèz. Nou vin ann Ayiti pou nou goumen kont mechan yo. Men sa m ap mande nou: fè nou konfyans, lapriyè sèl vrè Bondye a, epi mande L pou L geri Ayiti. “Lè sa a si pèp ki pote non m lan lapriyè nan pye m, si yo soumèt devan mwen, si yo pran chache m ankò, si yo vire do bay vye peche yo t'ap fè yo, m'ap tande yo nan syèl kote m ye a, m'ap padonnen peche yo, m'ap fè peyi a kanpe ankò.” 2 Kwonik 7:14 Ede nou ede Ayiti. Epi lè misyon nou an fini, n ap tounen lakay nou. Petèt jenerasyon Ayisyen k ap vini yo ap sonje nou kòm zanmi ki te vin ede yon lè.

In 1952, an English teacher named Cecil Dormand secretly paid for a dirt-poor 11-year-old to take a drama course. He never told him and the boy didn’t find out until decades later. By then, he was a knight, that little boy’s name was Patrick Stewart. He was born into a poor family in Mirfield, a small mill town in Yorkshire and his father came home from World War II a violent man, and he was violent toward Patrick’s mother. Young Patrick learned exactly when to step between his father’s fist and his mother. An English teacher put a copy of Shakespeare in his hand and told him to get up and perform. He never stopped and left school at 15. By 19 he was completely bald... most agencies told him he'd never make it because of that. In 1987, the LA Times called him an “unknown British Shakespearean actor” when he was cast as Captain Picard. Then he became one of the most famous faces on Earth. You’ve probably heard that part. Here’s the part you haven’t: He spent decades as a patron of Refuge, sheltering women and children from domestic violence. But he never stopped trying to understand his father. He dug up a 1940 newspaper clipping that said his dad had come home with severe shell shock. He went to France and walked the ground where his father’s unit was pinned down under bombing for hours. He learned his father had PTSD, and nobody ever helped him. So Patrick became an ambassador for Combat Stress, a charity that helps veterans. In 2013, a young woman at a Texas convention told him she was a survivor of domestic violence. He asked, “My dear, are you okay?” Then he hopped off the stage, held her, and told her: “You never have to go through that again, you’re safe now.” At Dragon Con, a Make-A-Wish girl dressed as Spock came to meet him. 2,000 people were waiting for him to speak... he sat down and talked with her for 15 minutes, making all of them wait. He told her that since they were friends now, whenever she saw him on screen she could wave and say, “Hello Patrick.” After 9/11, he felt helpless, so he brought his one-man A Christmas Carol back to Broadway for a full week of charity shows. He played every character himself and donated every cent. In 2019 he did it again, and every dollar went to feeding hungry New Yorkers. In 2017, he fostered a pit bull named Ginger, who had been rescued from a dogfighting ring. She was his first dog in more than 50 years. He couldn’t bring her home to England, so he found her a family. Then he kept fostering more. When he said he was done with Star Trek so many people told him the show had gotten them through the hardest times of their lives. So he wanted to see if Picard could do it one more time. Rest in Peace, Sir Patrick 🖖

Two days after Henry died Hampshire Police secretly recorded Digwa in a police van speaking Punjabi to his brother. Digwa admitted stabbing Henry. Discussed claiming self defence. Made zero mention of racial abuse. Not one word. Hampshire Police had that tape. They knew Digwa was lying about the racist attack. They had the evidence. They had his own words and then tried to smear Henry as the aggressor anyway. Three days after his death their statement read “it was reported two men had been assaulted by an unknown man.” Henry was the unknown man. The boy bleeding out on the street. They flipped it. Family complained. Statement changed. Then police told the family their NEXT update would again infer Henry was the initial aggressor. His family had to fight them a second time. While grieving their murdered son. Then during the trial Hampshire tried to issue a statement telling the public to stop talking about it online. Calling it disinformation. The CPS had to step in. Told them they were about to collapse their own murder case. This is the force that handcuffed a dying boy. Missed the murder weapon twice. Had a secret tape proving the killer lied. And still tried to bury Henry's name. That's not incompetence. That's a machine protecting itself. At the expense of a dead boy's reputation and three officers are still on active duty. Not suspended. Treated as witnesses. To their own actions. Hampshire Police didn't just fail Henry on that street. They kept failing him for six months after he died.
