People with apps that perform like shit, take a look at how you can mask your bad engineering
i love the stylistic choices in into the spider-verse, where miles morales is animated at 12fps while everything around him runs at 24fps. that and the juxtaposition of the square enix hd-2d style made me want to see what this could look like in UI
the only way i could make it work was by over-exaggerating the movement, which kept it feeling intentional. subtle movement at a low frame rate just felt like a performance issue
Important launches deserve beautiful web surfaces
We collected some of the nicest details built for the latest @attio architecture page

We've been working incredibly hard on this launch, and I think it puts Attio in a whole new light.
Really excited for everyone to see it!
In the age of agents, systems of record have never mattered more. They’ve also never been less prepared for what’s coming.
Today, we’re announcing @attio's hybrid architecture, with the controls of application software at the scale of infrastructure.
To agents, Attio looks like a database, queryable in SQL - a language they're RL’d on. Unlike a database, the business logic, policies, and compliance sit behind the query.
This makes all of Attio’s data accessible by agents in the most powerful and flexible syntax. It gives GTM teams an order of magnitude more value from their time, with the full power of agents working across the entire customer lifecycle.
A new shape of software is here.

excellent creative work often results from overinvesting unreasonable magnitudes of time, money, energy in details that might feel frivolous in the moment
you must feel like an idiot during the act of creation
frustration and exhaustion are fuel for excellence
Forget cute mascots, I use Hotline Miami masks for my @NousResearch agents
Little personal rebrand on socials, got my name spelled normally and my OG gamertag handle to match my Github
Exploring eclectic design with a lil website that finds the Wikipedia article for the street you're standing on

Coverage is not great yet (good enough in Valencia though)
I know LLMs can replicate pretty much anything these days, but if you want a shortcut for building this effect, here’s an open-source demo:
