Not in the OP_RETURN. Each NFT's address is derived from the SHA-256 of the original file, so an NFT is bound to exactly one file and the same file can't be minted twice. That derivation uses a platform key, so today the platform does the check rather than buyers themselves.

The art is stored off-chain, and only an NFT's current owner can download the full-resolution original. Every ownership change is a real Dingocoin transaction, tagged with an OP_RETURN record, so the full trading history is on the blockchain for anyone to verify.
