Great news! I’m partnering with @AppleMusic to bring my mixes to their platform. Very exciting to be at your fingertips on such a big platform. First one up is my “Satisfaction Guaranteed” mix, one. Hip-hop, funk, disco, reggae, and more, all cut-up and sequenced in mixtape style
The longest part of any trip/gig/errands/etc I take is navigating thru the pointless traffic anywhere around downtown Dallas! Traffic for no reason…most of the time!

Devastated to say Abel is only with us in spirit now. Some stars burn so bright, they go out a little too soon. He was the brightest.

There will be dark moments throughout your DJ career. Keep pushing and doing what you love. Spread positivity and the good energy will come back to you, I promise! This career is a rollercoaster but that’s how it’s supposed to be. Going straight up without downs doesn’t teach you much!

Here is my approach… if a DJ is playing something that I think is for the headliner I ask this question, “If you were headlining, would you play this song?” If the answer is “Yes” you stepped too far.
Openers of the world. Keep that in your pocket. If you would play it as a headliner, don’t play it to open. If you’re not sure, ask the headliner.
